Quick "in & out" of the dressing room. The style of pant was a slim comfortable fit. The narrow pocket on the left will work well for carrying things. Items that clip or say a flashlight can carry well clipped on the edge of the front or rear pockets. The clothes here are noted to be extremely durable and from what we've come to understand; is that they lasts for YEARS, so ultimately it's worth the high end price point. The store carries much more than just clothes here. Features footwear, accessories and tons of tactical equipment. The employee (Eli?) that assisted us was very helpful and informative about the products we purchased. He has been working for them for 4 years and his knowledge of the brands and customer service was excellent. My son seems extremely happy with his purchase and is excited at what's to come. We will be back. Note- you can order on line or pick up merchandise in store @ 511tactical.com. The staff were busy with a few orders that were being shipped out. Also, you can receive an additional discount if you are *Active-Duty Military, Veterans, First Responders, Medical Personnel, & Teachers* by showing your valid ID of course!

I had…read moremade a few trips before the official opening as this location is substantially closer to me than the Phoenix location. While the usual 5.11 fanfare was present for their grand opening, something was "off". I am a loyal 5.11 customer as every item I have purchased from them has surpassed my expectations and held up in travel to locations on the planet that are not kind to bags, boots, and suitcases. From the first time I walked into the Phoenix location, I was greeted with not only courtesy and professionalism but also real-life knowledge. That is what felt off about the new location; aside from it being smaller than the Phoenix location, it felt like a store. The employees, while courteous, didn't emit a vibe (or share information) that spoke to them living the lifestyle that is synonymous with 5.11 or conducive for tactical gear to be enjoyed in all its splendor. Despite the extra 20 minutes I would have to drive to reach the Phoenix location from my home (again, this new location is closer), I will continue to shop in Phoenix location. It has become home, and the staff family. If you truly want to maximize the 5.11 experience, head over to Phoenix and ask for either Quentin, David, or the manager, Ben De La Paz. These gentlemen are not simply there to sell items in a store; they are there to share with you how the tactical lifestyle is alive and well in today's society and how 5.11 gear leads the way.
