She immediately asked how she could help and I told her what I was looking for. She walked me around tbe store and gave me several options to try that all fit my parameters. This place is huge. If you can't find the scrubs you want here, you can't find them anywhere. The ladies are great at helping you figure what looks and feels great. Why did I ever give Scrubs & Beyond my time and money? I assure you if I had known of this place, I would have never taken S&B's haughtiness and shelled out my hard-earned money on their scarce inventory. In comparison, Scrub N Scopes has... 1. Sooo much more of a selection in brands and sizes. 2. Decent pricing and brace yourself..... 3. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! 4. Bigger variety of sizing available on hand - from XXS to XXL and beyond. A couple of things to note though: - They did not have the brand new styles that just came out in scrub wear but plenty of the Grey's Anatomy type brands. - I also wish they had longer opening hours but I will take what I can get. - Some might care, it has more of a warehouse/outlet type of feel vs. S&B's mall store layout. All in all, I will definitely be a repeat customer and let my fellow co-workers know as well. read more

Has a wide variety of scrubs however, the store was very unorganized. Our entire office staff went there and was told it was going to take a week or three days to get my scrubs. It was just a matter of "going thru the boxes." We even went there the day before to give them a heads up of what we wanted and the sizes. I had a small regret-shopping online for scrubs. I took the time to read reviews and tried to find a beautiful style. It was too time-consuming, so I just got what my co-worker wears because she likes them very much. They look lovely on her. I got my scrubs online. Although I am 5'6'' and 130 lbs, they did not look good on me. Therefore, I gave up online shopping and went to Scrubs and Scopes. Katey was friendly and helpful. She knows all products thoroughly. After she listened to my needs, she picked up the perfect Cherokee scrubs for me to try. It only took me 10 minutes to find the new scrubs that I am happy to wear for my workdays. They have a cute style with softer, more comfortable, and more breathable fabric than what I initially brought online. I was surprised that these three new scrubs are $38 less than what I got online- not to mention that they have superior quality. I went to other scrub stores before and could not tell the benefit for me to waste my time to go to a local store. That is why I shop online. However, Katey and The Scrubs and Scopes show me that knowledgeable, friendly staff with a large selection are worthy for me to drive there. I ended up paying 6 dollars and had to drop off my returned scrubs at UPS. Just go to Scrubs and Scopes! I've been to this place a handful of times to get scrubs for work and they have a great selection! Any color, style, size, and brand-they're more than likely to have them. When I first started shopping here years ago, the sales person was great in helping me pick out what I was looking for and everytime I come in, it's the same stellar service! I can seriously get in and out of here in under 15min thanks to them (well, and me knowing exactly what I want helps too). Stopped by today for a set of scrubs and had a wonderful experience. As soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted (wish I'd gotten her name) and asked what I was looking for; color, style, cargo pants, flared leg, athletic, form fitting, loose fitting, etc. After telling her what I was hoping to find she immediately knew which brand to go to and pulled a set for me to try on. The top was too snug and when I came out of the dressing room to switch it she was there waiting with another brand for me to try and went to switch the size for me. The lady that rang me up was also very friendly and knowledgeable as I asked a couple of questions. It was a wonderful experience and I'll definitely be back when I need more scrubs. I was very insulted by the girl behind the counter when I brought back a pair of scrub pants I wanted to exchange for a size bigger. I lost some weight and purchased a smaller size pants. When I got home I tried it on with my scrub top to see if they matched and noticed the pants felt a bit too tight. I took it back to the store a few days later to exchange to a size bigger and the lady at the counter told me the pants were wrinkled and u had wire it and couldn't return. I explained I tried it at home for about 5 minutes and realized it was a bit tight. She would not let me exchange it (I did not have my receipt but the tags were on) and I left the store feeling very insulted for something I didn't do. I will never go back to this store and a few of my friends go else where now since I told them what happened. read more

I stopped in yesterday to just quickly buy a pair of pants. As someone who works in a kitchen I have found scrubs to be perfect work pants. Well the pushy rude sales lady pushed me right out the door. She literally would not let me buy a pair before trying them on. I own a very busy company and the last thing i want to do is try on stretchy yoga scrubs that i already know my size in. Isn't it my choice and problem if they don't fit properly. When i explained that she then seemed worried that I'd bring them back and that was extremely prohibited. I also explained i wouldn't bring them back bc i don't even live in the area. I was just driving by, saw the store, made a u turn, and stopped in. I didn't think i was gonna be treated like the scene from 'Pretty Woman'. I have just finished a large order with Nancy from Scrubs n Scopes where we were replacing the scrubs for our medical office and surgery center. I stopped by the store randomly to get ideas and thought it would be cheaper to buy on-line. It wasn't!
