It is appealing to visit this location due to its location but if Maria there we already know is going to be and obnoxious up sell with some odd remarks about random people. We have come to learn this tactic since her first day a few years ago. We love RR bus this really makes every store visit a 7-8 stars. I'm not saying we deserve special treatment but it is nice not having to drive 2 hours to San Diego in order to get treated within certain amount of reason. Again the associate today was great she really knew her stuff, honesty every other employee there is great but the aforementioned since day one is a sales killer. It's really an eye roller as soon as we know she there. Sorry! I've waited a while to mention this knowing it's negative but telling the truth needs to be said at times for change. I met Allie, who explained that while they don't participate in the split sizing program, they do offer a "corkscrew method", where the shoe is padded to fit the smaller foot. I was extremely hesitant at first, but Allie was very transparent and took the time to explain the method, my options, and what would work best for me given how the shoes would be used. We tried on several pairs and configured the padding so the shoes felt right, and she explained that I can come back if I needed further adjustments. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience, all at a very reasonable price. Allie provided great service, was knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.

I didn't buy the Hokas but the arch supports with them in were very comfortable. I ended up buying the Jillian sandals which are the best sandals I've ever owned. My dad was very pleased with the Hokas he purchased and he usually just buys his shoes on Amazon, so for him to buy these shoes in store was a pretty big deal. He was very impressed and feels a noticeable difference wearing these shoes! The store itself is small but well organized and I saw another employee, I believe her name is Mari, assisting a woman. I can tell Mari was very patient with the woman, answering all her questions and bringing out however many shoes she needed to try on. Both Luis and Mari displayed patience, excellent customer service and a vast amount of knowledge. Thank you to Luis for taking the time to bring out the perfect sandal for me that I ended up walking out of the store wearing! You are a wonderful employee! I was about to purchase 4 pair of converse shoes for my kids so that I could get 2 of them for half off only to be told at the register that the sale was not for the converse along with so many other shoes. I was like thats fine because I had a coupon that they sent that said if I spent so much I would get money off-well you guessed it, there are exceptions on much of their shoes which made the coupon invalid for the purchase, then we asked about a military discount not surprisingly they only give it for certain shoes (seems like none of the name brands). So they lure you into the store with false advertising and once you are ready to pay things change. There should be stiff penalties for deceptive practices like these.
