I have a really bad experience in this shop , I am a silver lover and when I went to visit this store I bought what the person in the store told me , a necklace 9.25 steering silver , well after a couple times using it it become black , I went back to the store and show him the necklace and he just look at me and said " well seems the chain is nickel and only the charm is silver , I show him my big silver collection I have and that I know what was silver and that necklace wasn't , well he still having them as a silver and the price is not cheap .. I didn't received a refund and the guy didn't care for the fraud he commit after sell me a steering silver 9.25 when in fact it wasn't silver at all .. very dissatisfied. read more

Some cute stuff, but I'd be cautious with what I'd buy here for now on, because I bought a purse on clearance for $60 and the lining came unglued and split down the side before owning it a week. I don't think I've ever had an apparel item break so quickly. The store policy on the receipt says 14 days for exchange or fix, but I was just on a trip and am not able to return to the area, so it looks like I'm stuck seeing if I can pay to repair a purse that is already coming apart before a week has passed (which doesn't seem like a good investment). Or I'll try to glue it myself and maybe get some use of it while I look for a new purse. (Gluing didn't work very well). I let the store know and they did have the company who makes the purse, Jen&Co Handbags, send me another one, which I appreciated...but unfortunately the lining on the new one split w/in days of use. Appears this is just a poorly made product. So $60 down the drain and new purse already purchased. read more

A friend and I stopped in today realizing we'd never gone in before. We are SO happy we did. The energy was so good and we each got a ton of gold and silver jewelry. They have really great staple rings, necklaces, and even anklets. We just happened to be there when there was a sale going on, so that was nice. The store clerk accused my friend and I of stealing. Upon confrontation I asked him to search my personal belongings and he wouldn't. He called my friend and I thieves even when we asked him to check the cameras and check our bags. I don't understand what possessed him to accuse us of being thieves but please don't visit this shop. read more

The store operator accused my friend and I of stealing a ring, a claim that was completely absurd and unwarranted as we were browsing the merchandise. Upon being confronted, we asked him to look in our belongings if he felt we had taken something, and he refused, calling us thieves and choosing not to cooperate. I love sterling silver jewelry. This was my first stop on my Old Town Temecula shopping experience. The store name caught my eye and of course my inner shopaholic was screaming at me to go inside. I gave in and let my shopaholic self take over. This store has many nice jewelry selections and very affordable. There was a sale going on where you buy one piece of jewelry and get the second one 50% off. SCORE!!!! Couldn't resist the temptation. Well I had to put my BF's winning money to good use. LOL! I love their selections of sterling silver bracelets and earrings. I bought a bracelet that had the Serenity Prayer engraved on it. It was extremely cute and very meaningful to me. When we visit Temecula from Los Angeles, we come here for a different, unique atmosphere. Enjoyable, cozy shops and genuinely friendly people we run in to everywhere. One of our favorite places is Silver Fever. You have to step inside to really appreciate the selection of the nice hats and shoes, flip flops, outfits and you will find here the very special hand made ANUSCHKA handbags, shoes and accessories. Not too many places carry this brand, but Silver Fever does. You have to take your time to look around...surprises in every corner. Ha ha... We had a very nice shopping experience here and the prices are very reasonable. Absolutely recommend this shop. read more

They have great stuff. But the attendant at the temecula store was just a disaster. First she was closing and leaving the store 45 minutes before closing time. Then she said we should have come earlier when all items were outside. When we said we were going to complain to her boss, she said she doesn't care and asked us to leave. We were trying to buy a good quantity of items and drove from San Diego just for that. We left empty handed and will never go back to that store again. read more

I ordered a purse from Silver Fever. It was much smaller than I had anticipated and wanted to return the purse. I contacted the vendor by telephone (number provided for returns on their website) and left three voice mails. I also sent three emails requesting instructions on returning the product. I love this little boutique, it was my first stop on our recent visit to Old Town Temecula. The leather purses first caught my eye, then I went inside to find my favorite...silver and turquoise jewelry! It was hard to limit myself to a couple pieces, the selections were beautiful and prices were very reasonable. The fact that there was a sale going on didn't hurt. This place was also my last stop before leaving as I just couldn't pass up 30% off on a cute leather purse that first drew my attention to Silver Fever! I ordered my first item from Silver Fever on 7/19/2018, requested and paid for 2nd day shipment. My item was received 7/31/2018. The item is what I ordered and in great condition, but if you have a time frame to receive an item, be sure to order allowing for an extra week or two. I am not impressed that I paid for 2nd day shipping and received my item in 12 days! Yet, I have not been notified that my 2nd day air will be refunded. read more
