Alas, not so much. There is a great variety of merchandise and the prices are reasonable. Unfortunately, it is still a mess and extremely disorganized! You must dig through the clutter, which is time consuming. For the food, it is imperative you check expiration dates. At least the floors are shiny and clean. The awful state of the store is a bad reflection of management. The staff, however, is friendly and check out was quick & efficient. Would I return? Not sure. ‍

Well stocked, but if you see something you want, better get it or it'll won't last long on the shelves. And even though it appears to be empty during the week, it gets cleaned out by the weekends. It's still relatively reasonable, especially since everything is going up, prices are a lot lower than going to a high end department store & Amazon, as you know has outrageously priced clothing & low quality material blended w/materials that likely contain questionable or toxic chemicals. Some decent small furniture pieces, home decor, bath & bed- list goes on. Let's not forget what they were originally known for- Coats and jackets w/smaller inventory than it was in the beginning, but come shop in fall asap, as they sell out quickly. The baby department has also shrunk, especially furniture which I don't think they sell anymore but they have baby necessity items and clothing. Finally. I have to bring up a message of caution when purchasing beauty products: primarily skincare. I bought makeup wipes here because you get more bang for your buck on quantity but the quality did not match! The wipes smelled horrible! I didn't notice at first, but as time went on, I noticed an unpleasant odor and threw them out. I should've known better as you take chances with skincare products, especially discounted prices. Same should also apply to food items. That is not stopping me from regularly shopping here. Plenty of parking, next to Five Below & Harbor Freight-bring your will power, too much temptation.

The store's insurance company called me and said they were going to send a payment through Zelle for the damages. They told me that if I did not sign, they would not send anything for his medical evaluation. Months have passed, and they only deceived me. They never sent anything, and they even asked for my son's Social Security number. I would not normally ask for anything, but I think it is unfair that the store's insurance company also takes advantage of people in this way. They did not even offer my son a glass of water after what happened in the store. Although it was during the afternoon shift, the employees themselves wanted to report the incident. It seems like a scam to me that they would not pay after reaching an agreement. We will never shop there again because of this abuse of trust and the lack of empathy shown by Burlington's employees.

It is definitely geared towards tourists as many items were pricey. They offered a nice variety of clothing, shoes, and accessories. There was a section for children that had adorable items for purchase. My sister and niece were out for a visit and they didn't let the cost deter them and they purchased some jewelry & trinkets. The lady, who checked them out was very warm & cordial. My family enjoyed their shopping adventure.
