My own experience makes it 4-for-4. The gentleman who waited upon us was polite, knowledgeable, and excellent and working through choices and needs with me. I left wearing an excellent walking boot to stabilize and protect my foot while it heals, confident that I'd made a good choice, and knowing I'd had great customer service. While there, I noted that they had a good assortment of various home medical items, including scooters, lift chairs, and more, all seemingly, to my critical eye, of good quality. I will have no qualms about returning there should I be needing anything in the way of home medical supplies in the future.

The bed was needed for my problems with Gerd, a slow emptying stomach, and difficulty breathing on a flat surface. My sleep quality and time has dramatically improved. I just spent a week in the hospital and got one nights sleep on their hospital bed. I finally got a decent nights sleep when I got home. I had tested the highly expensive beds that adjust but they didn't feel right and i'm glad I chose to look at a hospital bed. I had to hesitated probably because of vanity but the bed looks good and a good nigh's sleep is great. I'm just I would highly recommend Home Medical equipment . They said they would have to all cleaned and ready for me when I got there. They asked if insurance was paying for it and I said I didn't know. They asked for my insurance and called them and got me preauthorized. They had me call my doctor and fax over a prescription. They also noticed it was my right leg that was broken and asked if I want a right leg elevator to rest my leg on. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is because they called my insurance while out in an open office area were everyone could hear my ID, group #, deductible, etc. I think they should have done that in a back office where it is private and no one else could hear my information. Besides that they were fast and easy to work with.

We then contacted Chucks Mobility LLC and explained what the scooter was doing. We took it out to him and after checking the scooter out he and the scooter company, C.T.M. found out what the problem was. He quoted us an approximate price of around $225.
