When we asked if he was a manager he said "This is my family's place and technically IM YOUR customer and we don't want to buy from you". He made it appear that this store does not have the funds to pay for items so they are trying to get donations to sell to make money. When my sister apologized, she tried to explain that there must have been some miscommunication about selling because we just wanted to know what products to bring in from home, he kicked us out. We have no idea why he got so angry so fast. We would kindly appreciate the owner to evaluate this associate as it appears they are taking items without purchasing them, and verbally attacking potential/new customers simply for asking what brands and types of products we should bring in to sell. Reason for low rating is that they are raising prices amid the tariffs, like many stores. However, they aren't updating their tags prior so make sure you check the price(s) at the register. I failed to. You'll see the tag says $9.99 but rang up $12.99 and cost more than $9.99 even with my 15% donation coupon. I didn't notice until I got home :( I was at Fashion Sq the next day so I stopped in that location to ask for a price adjustment. The associate refunded me the $3 and confirmed they are raising prices.
