Eric arrived exactly on time and got to work. He cleaned my roof up nicely, cleaned out my gutters and he unclogged the two downspouts. He cleaned up afterwards using water hose and a blower. Until Eric, I. have never known a contractor clean up so well after a job either. He is consistently thorough with his work, and he is a really cool guy. I cannot believe what an incredible job they did on cleaning our roof and gutters! We are underneath many large trees and the roof was full of pine needles and small branches. The gutters were jammed with a few years of needles, branches and pinecones. Salmon Bay came out and literally made our roof and gutters shine like new! There was a lot of debris that they disposed of. The most amazing part was that they FULLY cleaned up the entire area on the ground and hosed the house off as well. We had another company do our windows a couple of years ago and though they were ok, it was the usual method. Also they pulled a screen out of it's frame. But this year again we had PowerTwin do all of our windows and screens. In addition to the usual on the inside of the windows, they use a special super filtered water to rinse the exterior of the windows. We felt the windows stayed cleaner longer as there was absolutely no residue left. My very picky wife said the windows look beautiful. Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed.

We paid for the first two windows not knowing the cause. After the next three windows had the same problem, it was clear the source of the problem. I called Onyi the owner and she said she would get back to me. She never did. I asked for her insurance carrier and she refused to give it to me. Now, we are facing replacing three more windows that will cost about $2500.00. Her crew are young guys, inexperienced. One did not even speak English and did not understand so we were unable to communicate with him. Now, we will have to take matters into our own hands to get reimbursement. We have good photos of the damage and Onyi simply does not care. They flood your windows with water after attempting to clean and break the seals. The guys were so sloppy that they did not even the the tops of the windows clean. Nearly every window they clean was still dirty. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They do not take pride in their work and are forcing us to what ever method we need to do, to get replacement of the damage they did. Very irresponsible company, who just wants to collect money for bad work and damage they do.
