Throughout the past few years I've been fighting myself trying to go back and try this Hoffman's…read moreCar Wash again, but when I took my car in for a cleaning at the machines as well as a self-cleaning (to further clean what the machines missed), I was amazed at just what improvements happened. Not only now do I know what's happening in the wash cycle with audible sounds from inside my car (which weren't present the last time, though I thought that it couldn't get any better), I noticed a few other improvements that I liked. Still not a fan of the higher prices, but I do now feel that I'm getting a good wash for the prices I'm paying there. Yes, if you need more detailed service in washing where the machines couldn't get at, there's always self-service machines (which I like too, with their ability to pay via credit cards), but now without the same problems in the machines fighting my debit card used as credit (or debit in the case of my transaction a few days ago), I know this is getting better by the day. If only the self-service station would give it's users more information into how to stop the station without turning the knob - how about a button to stop the wash instead of turning the darn handle to "STOP"? Or even getting a paper receipt (or emailed receipt) for my self-service transaction which I never did get that would have been graciously appreciated - no one ever checked on me or my wash, so I never did meet someone who could help me. I'm giving you my business, so why don't you give me information on how much I'm paying you for using your tools of the trade, hmm?

The reason I am writing a review to day is because today is Veterans Day and I am a veteran. For many years Hoffman Car Wash has given Veterans a free wash and vacuum. NO other place does that. I am totally grateful for the wonderful full service car wash that I received today. It was a $20.00 car wash, for free and it was a great wash.It makes me feel good that they appreciate my service to our country.I will go to Hoffman Car Wash from now on.Thank You Hoffman Car Wash,

The other day (Thursday) after coming back from an Uber run as an Uber driver, I ended up stopping…read morehere to get some gas using my GasBuddy card, and although my GasBuddy card only works outside, I could find few problems with my transaction. Things were clean, though there were no other cars filling up alongside me. I can't even say it's a problem of mine, but I never did know that Citgo has their own gas-savings/rewards card out there. I saw an application to fill out for this card at the pumps, but I had my own form of gas-saving/rewards card with GasBuddy that I was dealing with. I just wish it wouldn't be geared towards those with insertable cards to start it off, as I bet my other brother has a card already and was hoping you'd have a way to enter a phone number or similar at the pumps to get the same discount. I'm thankful I don't have to go through all that rigmarole with GasBuddy at my side. I can't stand always saying what seems to be the same thing in all my gas reviews. But when you figure in all the possible places with only pay-at-the-pump conditions, you get the picture that I have few other choices to choose from in what to say. But it hasn't been just me that has stopped in. My brother also stops in on occasion - though his experiences are sparse and outdated, and besides they are his spot to get a short car-wash which is also present on site. (This experience I can't back up, as I myself have never used this location's wash, as I find better prices and services elsewhere that make this car wash unnecessary and pricey.)

He quickly ordered tires for my Tesla. As it was going to take at least a couple of days for them to arrive, he realized I was in a bind as it was 5:25pm on a Thursday afternoon and rental car companies were able to close at 5:30pm (I was staying with family an hour away in the mountains). Vinny went above and beyond the call of duty and offered me a ride to the local Enterprise down the road. As we pulled up, it was past their closing time, but he was able to convince the Enterprise staff locking up to give me a car. Without Vinny, I would have been stranded in Kingston. This encounter reminded me that there are good people in the world. If I could give 10 stars, I would! He turned what was quite a stressful situation into one that was very positive and I'm so grateful for him and his team. I also got the best price on the replacement tires, and I will make it a point to get serviced with Mavis Kingston whenever we are in the area.

The worst place you could think about getting your car…read more They are not reliable, they lie, their cars are not what they say they are. Bought I car there 3 month ago and already had to put new breaks, the radiator blew off and the muffler also needs to be replaced now. Bad service and dishonest people. Don't trust anything they say. Avoid this place like the plague. I wouldn't give any stars if I could but yelp doesn't give me this option. Tried contacting Steve he called me back and said there was nothing he could do about it. Gave him the number for the auto shop I had to tow my car to and never heard from him again. Bunch of losers. Don't believe anything they tell you. Unfortunately most people won't check reviews when buying cars there. This kind of place that gives a bad reputation to car dealers.

After picking a 2003 Toyota 4Runner up on Saturday 1/15/2022(purchased 1/5/2022 deposit placed on…read more12/24/2021), and being told NOTHING was wrong with the vehicle it was just age, I went with my gut feeling, after I was told by these scammers NOT to bring it anywhere else if I still was experiencing issues, as to not receive a costly repair bill. I should have known something was up with all the people coming in with their complaints of "issues". Well today 1/21/22 this newly purchased 1/5/22 4Runner went in to have the alignment checked, I had scheduled it at Toyota of Newburgh on 1/15/2022 after picking the vehicle back up from Abeel Auto Sales and listening to the sketch all behind the desk lie through his dentures. Toyota of Newburgh told me an alignment can NOT be performed. The reason the vehicle is drifting all over the road(an item that was on a list of issues I emailed them about on 1/9/22 and was experiencing when I hit the thruway on 1/6/22 to head up north for an extended weekend) because both lower control arms are shot, there is a bent axle(another item on the 1/9/22 list for them to look at on Monday 1/10/2022 after I came back stating there was a growl in the front end with a vibration that mimics the growl, they said it was tire noise and I the vehicle was perfectly fine and reliable) the vehicle also has a blown out seal from the bent axle, and bad tie rods! To have this newly purchased (1/5/22) 2003 Toyota 4runner fixed it will be at an estimated sum of $5,390 for parts & labor REPAIR BILL! Now this vehicle was supposed to be fully looked over, and gone through. This was not an AS IS sale. I put a deposit down on Christmas Eve for this vehicle. Which took Abeel a week and a half to "go through & prep" I was also told it was a solid running vehicle on 1/15/2022 when I picked it back up from them addressing my complaint list, and was told there was nothing wrong with it, it's just noises an 18 y.o. vehicle makes which I then commented I have vehicles with over 280,000 miles that are older and don't have vibrations and noises. This vehicle is according to Toyota is a SAFETY issue, and should have NEVER BEEN INSPECTED, they informed me lives are at jeopardy, and we're shocked someone had brushed it off and said this vehicle was perfectly fine.
