I don't think I've ever physically gone into their office, or emailed with their office, and come out of the experience with an answer or a solution. I've dealt with MANY frustrating messages back and forth with his staff (he rarely messages patients) who hardly even perform their jobs at a bare minimum- they'll respond to messages within 48 hours, but they will not help you in any way unless you make an appointment, which brings in money for their office. One example is that I had a battery of labs completed to address abdominal discomfort I was having- and Dr. Italiano emailed me saying everything looked great, regardless of multiple readings being out of the "normal" range. I specifically pointed this out to him, and his staff responded saying if I wanted to address a new concern I'd have to schedule an appointment. A couple days ago I was asking them for help viewing a form they had sent me through their app, they responded that I had to view it in "the portal", and when I asked them what/where this "portal" was (in the app or somewhere else), they messaged me back saying they could no longer assist me and if I wanted anything I had to call their records department (who have also proven to be completely incompetent in the past). This office drops the ball in every way, and they only care about making money off office visits. They do not care about you or your health, and only want to line their pockets with the money your insurance provider pays out for endless office visits. I will absolutely be changing my PCM, because I'm so tired of dealing with this staff.

She listened, actually listened and she knew her stuff. She didn't try to push meds or rush us out of the office. She was friendly, professional and caring. Obviously this was just our first visit but we are happy to have found a place where we actually like our doctor! UPDATE We still like this place. At times it can be hetic with the front desk staff trying to help everyone but they are still friendly. I do have a small issue with some of the nursing staff. I understand that they are there to be the buffer for the doctor but sometimes when a patient needs to speak with the doctor they legitmatley NEED to speak with the doctor and not their nurse. At other times they are busy and when they respond to you it is a bit short and lacking compassion. Not rude just down to business with no finess, however once the doctor comes in she is all bedside manner and the experience gets turned back around. Received an order to see a urologist but 4 months to see them. Appointment services are now provided by a South American call center that sounds like, well, a giant call center. Barely understand with the heavy accent and the background noise. Graybill is broken and management doesn't care.

I probably am THAT patient that some doctors get irritated with, because I went in with a list of items that we needed to chat about or get referrals for. And as we talked, he made a mental note of each one. He fully addressed each and every thing I wanted to discuss and then moved onto the next. For me, this appointment crossed a TON off my to-do list as it was so productive. I think we can all agree that we've walked out of a doctor's office and said "oh shoot, he didn't tell me about ____". With Dr. Whitney, you'll never have to worry about that. After scores of Doctors in LA, multiple surgeries and no end in sight to my dilemma, Dr. Lawrence didn't get all full of his own ego and promise the world; rather he said he hoped to be able to resolve my pain and promised he'd make me healthier. And that is the key, it is about health not sickness. It is about t-h-r-i-v-i-n-g, not just getting by. I write with certainty that I would not feel as good as I do as I write this, had I not joined the Revive practice. I recommend you do what you have to do and go through all the specialists your own doctors send you to, but when you are fed up with being treated because you are sick, go get healthy with Dr. Lawrence. Her diagnostics and treatments are always correct. My parents have her as their family doctor for many years and nothing but excellent experience all these years. I recommended her to multiple friends, and Dr. Siksay literally saved lives of two of them by taking the correct path of treatment unlike other doctors whose treatments nearly killed them. It is very sad that there are not many doctors are such professional and knowledgeable as Dr. Siksay. She is incredible!
