We first worked with Rick 6+ years ago when we moved into our home. He installed shutters in our bedrooms and office, and they've held up beautifully. I remembered how professional and on top of everything he was, so I reached out again when we needed blinds for our bedroom. Jeremy and Parker came out for measurements and made the whole process incredibly easy. They walked us through options, gave thoughtful suggestions, and provided an estimate. All in about 10-15 minutes. About two weeks later, they returned for installation and were done in under 5 minutes. Everything was seamless. The best part is how it turned out. It's exactly what we envisioned, if not better. We now have automated blinds in our bay window that give us privacy while still letting in light, and they look so clean in person. He was punctual and so professional. There was no haggling or hiding behind the price. It was straight forward, simple, and SO REASONABLE too. Install: Within 4 weeks my blinds were ready for install. Again, Kevin was punctual and professional. Blinds were installed in no time. We were so so so happy with the product. Then, the kicker... Two days after install, our housekeeper broke a blind! She didn't realize they were motorized and essentially ripped it off the mount when we weren't home. I text Kevin in a panic. He was at our house within hours. He spent over an hour repairing OUR mistake and even stayed to show us special settings. He did this all within warranty even though it was not a product defect (it was completely our fault). To say we are happy with this product and company is an understatement. Although the price was somewhat reasonable, the overall experience reflected that lower cost…read more The installation felt unprofessional and poorly executed. It was a two-person crew and communication was difficult due to a language barrier (mandarin speaking only), which made it hard to clarify details or ask questions during the process. We did use Google Translate but it only went so far. My biggest concern is the inconsistent quality of the roller shade and blind installations. Some blinds operate correctly, but others shift when adjusting them -- the headrail moves up and down whenever the tilt wand is used. Instead of correcting the mounting, a temporary workaround was used that leaves the headrail sticking out about an inch. There were also measurement and fit issues. One roller shade cassette appeared to be incorrectly sized and had to be forced into place. Several shades are not evenly aligned within the window frames, with varying inset depths that are visibly inconsistent. Additionally, one of the roller shades fails to fully close, which suggests quality or installation problems. Overall, I'm disappointed with the workmanship and finish.
