Excellent work installing custom screens for two french door side lights. Highly recommended

They re-screened my 2 broken sliding screen doors, did a great job! My doors are very old and can't slide smoothly because the house structure has some little shift with time. They are able to make the adjustment to my doors and make them slide smoothly again. They are very knowledgeable and skillful. Highly recommend them. read more

I can't recommend Ian and his team enough. I'm so happy that I found them! Ian is friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Ian and his team arrived early and had great communication. He texted us an arrival window and text again with a 10 minute estimated arrival time. Once he arrived, he consulted with us for 30 minutes and went through all our windows and gave us advice on each one. He even talked us out of getting a doggie door screen installed (which saved us money) given the size our dog it just wouldn't be the right option for our screen. I really appreciate his honestly and trusted him completely. I will definitely use screen solutions in the future and cannot recommend them enough! read more

Let me just start by saying if I could give this business negative stars I would. This is just the most unprofessional, and simply the worst interaction I have ever had with a business. I made three different appointments with the owner in the past week, and the guy did not show up on any one of the appointments. Every single time, about 30 minutes after the agreed time of appointment, I would text him to ask where he was. Every single time, he would make up some bull crap excuse about how he could not make it. He did not even bother to inform me that he would not make it before the appointment. He just let me sit around waiting for him, while he knew he would not make it. The first time, he told me he was running late at another job. So I trusted him and made another appointment on Saturday. On Saturday, still no show, so I asked him where he was. He told me it was a "miscommunication" that he actually meant to reply to a different customer when he sent me the appointment confirmation. Okay, crap happens. I will trust you one last time. So I made another appointment on Sunday. This time, still no show. I guess he ran out of excuses, so he just outright ignored my call and message. read more

Ian is THE BEST. We called them out to look at our patio, and he actually recommended we wait to replace the doors until we can redo our screens (our patio is 50+ years old and in BAD SHAPE). I feel other businesses would just take my money and delivery sub-par results, but Ian was full of ideas, solutions, and he didn't charge a dime for his time. We will definitely use him when we're ready to redo our patio. Highly recommend. read more

I highly recommend Screen Solutions in Van Nuys. I had 5 screens to be replaced and contacted 3 vendors which included Screen Solutions. Ian was the only one to respond and gave me an idea of the cost to replace the screens. But before just replacing the screens he suggested I contact the manufacturer of the windows since they are only 13 years old and it seemed odd to him that the screens were too difficult to remove after 13 years. Per the manufacturer they only have a 1 year warranty on the screens. I informed Ian and within a week he was here building new screens which fit perfect and are actually better quality than the original screens. Highly recommend them being your first call. read more
