I've been eating here for years and love the food... But I had to write this review due to the new service fee if you order online! Why am I being charged more for an easier way that doesn't require your employees more work, but if I call in you don't charge it! Very disappointed in this sneaky money grab. Edit: I see your response, so keep prices competitive by being sneaky with our price increase. Seriously I would rather you increase the price of the pizza by $.50 and be upfront with it than using a service fee. Own your cost as the price of doing business, I/we can respect that. read more

We decided to give this place a try after seeing the reviews. We ordered bbq pizza with NO Onion and guess what came on the pizza. Yes Onion. We were unable to eat it and for this 1 star review. The restaurant was to far for us to go back. read more

Scratch Pizza - Ordered Bbq pizza with NO Onion. - Pizza Near Me - Jurupa Valley, California

This is that cat fish pizza and I fell victim. It looked great I even asked for it with extra sauce and extra well done, but yet, they still managed to give me a shitty pizza. This is worst than that one time I was catfished on Facebook. Yo, and wassup with them putting all the toppings in the center of the pizza it makes it super soggy. Don't do that please tell your worker to separate the toppings evenly. The sauce was too watery and needs for thickness if you ask me. The only reason I ain't that mad was because I got the pizza on a deal. Anyways, my dank review for this catfished pizza will be 4.3 quite generic. read more

Went here for the first time! Got an Extra Large Pizza, topped with Italian sausage, mushroom, and artichoke. Also ordered a large side of wings, and complimentary garlic knots when I signed up for texts. The good thing was that the food was prepared on time! The okay part was the food. Upon opening it looked great with the cheese all melted and juicy lookin. However, the pizza ended up being just okay because the crust had a chewy/stale texture that made it difficult to chew. Generous amount of toppings with the sausage and the artichoke, but the mushrooms were just cut too small in my opinion on, looking like sprinkles. The worst part was the wings, which were really overcooked. Not very juicy. When you bit into it, it's like you immediately hit the bone. It was just okay for me! I appreciate the food though, so thank you! read more

Love this pizza joint. I order the XL special 2 topping pepperoni and sausage pizza. So crispy and delicious my daughter loves it. Service is quick the pizza is hot and ready in 15 minutes. Come try this place out. read more

The pizza is good (sometimes) you gotta hope that this one girl is working cause she's the only one who actually puts toppings on your pizza and most of the time the pizza crust is like rubber. At least it's got a good taste, for now read more

It's NOT bad, it's just GREASY!! I've had my share of greasy pizza, but this was just soggy greasy. My co-worker ordered the calzone and that too was greasy and got soggy as she ate along. We also ordered a caesar salad and a house salad, in my opinion and I've been to a lot of places where the salad portions vary, but the salad cost is a little extreme for the little dressing they have accompanying the mediocre salad we received. We'll definitely pass on the salad and I honestly don't see myself ordering again unless I'm in the mood for something greasy ;P For those taking advantage of the Lunch deals, order online, wait the full 15 minutes before leaving to pick it up because chances are, you'll end up waiting an extra 15 minutes during the lunch rush. read more

This local eatery just opened and from what I saw today is popular and pretty busy. I was happy to see this for the new restaurant. I ordered a 3 topping xl pizza as it was on special at only $11.99 Everyone here was friendly and greeted customers as they entered the door. The reason for the 2 stars? Unfortunately their pizza was just "meh" I would have to say the crust was the biggest disappointment. It was tasteless and in need of salt or something to keep it from tasting like nothing. If you order marinara for your pizza it's considered to be a topping so you can expect to pay more $$$ if want it in addition to your 3 toppings. And speaking of toppings- I found it to be far from generous and looked as if each piece was counted on the pizza so that you got the bare minimum. Yes - you can request extra but you pay extra too. Not worth it for me. I will try this place again and order something different. I'm not giving up on this convenient and local eatery just yet!!!! To the management staff: please look into improving your recipe for the pizza dough and you will make me a loyal customer. Thank you. read more

Really good pizza at a reasonable price. Love the weekly specials. One of my favorite things is when we pick up the staff opens a box and shows it to you. It's a really nice personal touch. read more

The first time I ordered pizza from here, from the first bite the pizza was amazing the best pizza I've had in a long time, I will definitely be back read more

This is my first time trying this place and to say the least it was very disappointing. Food was very over priced for the quality $10 for soggy wings that if they had maybe 3 more minutes would be good. Also they ran out of napkins and handed me a balled up wad of paper towels. Just in all bad. read more

This is my favorite pizza place. Well for one thing im on Keto diet, and they have this amazing cauliflower crust pizza, really crunchy, i belive its 8 carbs per slice. I get the Chorizo , pepperoni, jalapeño pizza. Yes i said chorizo. My wife(not on keto) loves the pizza, the wings and the salad. This place is about 25 min from where we live. But it is worth the drive for us. The price is good , the pizzas are xl . So they are reasonably big. They always have specials on everything. Today they had $10 xl pizza with 5 toppings. read more

This was my second time ordering from Scratch Pizza in Etiwanda and Bellgrave in Jurupa Valley. The pizza and calzones are excellent. The service has been great. The building is very small and they get backed up with orders on the weekends so be prepared to wait a bit longer for your order. read more

I've been generally satisfied with the quality of food and customer service I've gotten here. However, the last time I called to order for pickup I was told the carry out special on the x large 1 topping pizza was 9.99. Great. I get there and they said the price was actually 10.99. I asked then why does your sign say 9.99? Carry out weekdays before 4pm. They said it's carry out only. I said is this not considered carry out? They said only if you walk in to order it. That should be mentioned on your signage and honestly not a very good look to change the price on a customer after telling them differently and charging differently between calling in/walking in. read more

Great pizza and service is good. Delivery drivers are all very friendly and make sure order is correct

My go to Pizza place, convenient, pricing is good and food is above average. Cant go wrong with this place.

Second time we got pizza. My review is strictly on the pepperoni pizza since that's what my wife and I get. The pepperoni is huge. And the cheese tastes very flavorful. I saw some reviews about "greasy". If you are worried about greasy, why eat pizza at all? Oh I forgot to mention you get an XL pizza for a little over 10 bucks! Great find! read more

Food was honestly horrible , my pizza was burnt and tasted like cardboard with ketchup and my wings were even worse really wanted to like this place but sorry the food is terrible read more

You can't get this at your local dominos. The service is very great they treat you like family there. I'm a regular and I go there almost every day. I was told by the employees that I should write a yelp review because we were joking about it literally the day before I wrote this review. The pizza is great if you know what I get my recommendations the barbecue chicken pizza and you can never go wrong with the pepperoni pizza which they change the pepperoni on but I like to change because it taste so much better. The staff is so friendly especially Joseph Sebastian Victoria and Kristian .This is a real never frozen dough little Caesars could never. Don't miss out on this hidden gem of jurupa valley read more

This honestly was one of the best pizzas I had in a while, went in thinking it was a like a MOD pizza or Pieology, but it was just. Small pizza place, seeing then roll out the dough fresh not pre frozen dough sold me immediately and the taste of all the ingredients was so fresh, would definitely pick this place over an big food chain! $13 for a fresh hand made pizza was not a bad deal read more

I'm just here to say this is the pizza spot! Do NOT waste your money on a big chain pizzeria. The pizza here is amazing! You can taste the quality in the ingredients they use! I bought an Extra Large two topping pizza, cheese sticks and chicken Alfredo mushroom pasta side for under 30 bucks! Quality and great prices. I give this place 5/5 stars. And another thing, our pizza was ready promptly! read more

First time ever going to a Scratch Pizza. Very small doesn't really entertain eating in. The crust was good, the very bland, very dry pizza. Not the kinda pizza that makes you say WOW, or this is bad. It kind of sits there and is okay. No anchivies, not a real pizza place. Wouldn't go out of my to go here again, but wouldn't avoid it if a friend wanted to go here. read more

Well, they gone and downsized their XL Pizza to LRG... just had pizza 2 weeks ago and it wasn't like this. This is the same reason I no longer order from Pizza Nora; they did the same thing... sucks, I liked your pizza, however I'm not going to pay for Large Pizza's with XL prices. No thank you. You lost a customer. read more

I order Pizza from Scratch at least twice a month. This is some of the best pizza I have ever had. I discovered this place when I moved to Eastvale and I love that I am able to have it delivered. No other pizza compares to Scratch Pizza that is in the area. Absolutely delicious. read more

Was pleasantly surprised, good filling pizza and love the lunch special pricing $5. Pasta was decent, but the pizza is the way to go. Still need to try the calzone, they looks tasty ! read more

Dissatisfied with today's service and food. Did a pickup and my pizza was burnt I mean I'm sure Noone wants to eat a burnt pizza on a Friday. Any who pizza was burnt I immediately told the young lady I wanted it redone she went on saying that's how they cook their pizza without even bothering to look at the bottom side of the pizza. I still asked her to remake it now 10 mins have passed I asked a simple questions how much longer and she said "Well it's still in there " I mean come on you burn my pizza and now I just waited another 20 mins for a pizza that should've been done the wait isn't the issue just don't have an attitude when you're at fault here. Definitely check your pizza before leaving read more

I ordered wings and pizza.. I give the wings 5 stars the sauce was great and so were the wings! But the pizza tho.. I give it 2 stars because the pizza it's self was sooooo chewy and at a point tough. My wife gave up on the first slice , I gave up on the second and my lil daughter couldn't even bite into the pizza. She started to cry because she loves pizza. Woke up the next morning feeling like I was chewing gum all day. But overall the pizza sauce and all ingredients where fresh, looked great but to bad couldn't enjoy it.. I'm for sure coming back for those wings read more

Staff is excellent. Love the lunchtime deals. Love the food. Always FAST. Went to a different nearby Scratch location once and food was over an hour late, which really impressed upon me how fast THIS location actually is, consistently. read more

It's alright really. I read a review about the wings being pretty bad and over cooked, but I tested my luck and got them anyway and yeah they're super tough. Decent amount of sauce which is great, but the meat is just really tough and dry. You really do just bite in and immediately hit bone. The garlic knots are super yummy though, however the penne chicken Alfredo was a bit dry but the pasta itself was cooked perfectly. Honestly, I used some of the garlic butter from the knots for the Alfredo and that really brought it together. It's pretty just okay, but ya'know this is a pizza place and I didn't get pizza so ‍ read more

This was picked by one of my kids and we didn't regret it. They had some great specials that made it a good value. Ingredients were good quality. Service was friendly and informative, helping me save a few bucks. They had a vegan pizza ("Vizza") as well. Only a couple tables in a small store front but it worked for us. Service was fast too! read more

This was our go to spot for pizza. However, their "new" boneless wings are very disappointing in size. They also forgot the ranch. Pizza crust did not taste as good as usual and the toppings were not distributed throughout the whole pizza. Looks like they rushed on the order. Not sure if I will be ordering from here again. read more

I love this place my new favorite. The cauliflower crust is delicious and can't even taste it's a veggie crust. You must try it ;)

Whenever it's pizza night at our house, Scratch is our go to! Our orders are always ready in a timely manner, usually 15-20 min. The food is sooo good! Generous toppings on the pizzas and baked perfectly. I usually get an extra large pepperoni pizza and 6 piece order of garlic knots (delicious garlic knots at that!) and it comes out to $14 out the door! The BBQ chicken pizza is bomb also! Our very first time trying it we were expecting it to be a low quality pizza like some of the low price, low quality pizza chains, only because the prices are so low, but to our surprise the quality and taste are on point! We have tried numerous pizza chains and independent pizzerias and Scratch has won us over! You just can't beat the reasonable prices, the high quality pizza they make, and how fast your order is ready....A+! read more

Even though I'm currently eating my extra large (aka large) Hawaiian pizza with the works, I'm compelled to quickly compose a 5-star review for this shop. From a quality perspective, this store blows all other pizza chains out of the water with their freshly-made pies and to-die-for garlic bread. The same applies to their prices; our jam-packed pie for 5 was around $10 (due to a promotion) while 10 garlic bread knots were $4. Their service was also top-notch, with great organization, enthusiasm, and attention to safety from the young staff. Needless to say, this is my new go-to spot. Finally, a great local joint! read more
