Great food, great service, and great atmosphere. I ordered Chicken and red velvet waffle. It was cooked to perfection.

Server was wonderful. The food was awful! Shrimp and grits were awful! Then placed an order for Eggs over easy with pancakes and the cook screwed that up too! Then had the audacity to charge me $41.00 for food we didn't eat. I'll stick to Gritz Family breakfast in McDonough. They are 10x better and reasonable prices. This was my 4th time here and unfortunately, service and food taste have declined each time. There's not enough staff to run the place smoothly. Came for a brunch party of 20 (reservations made 2 weeks in advance) and only had one server that was also handling other tables. Food was ok but took forever to arrive and came at different times (although ordered together) so we weren't able to eat at the same time. We never got drink refills and it took 15 minutes just to pay the tab. This seems to be my last time visiting. read more

This resteraunt is in a strip type shopping center next to Publix....nothing fancy. We went during the soft grand opening, so there were still some things not in place yet and a limited menu. The food was mediocre at best. They sprinkle powdered sugar on waffles, so I had to send back as I told them no powered sugar. The waffle was ok...nothing special. They are WAY over priced. A simple breakfast for 2 was $42 and some odd cents, plus tip!! I have eaten at Las Vegas buffetts cheaper than that at breakfast. Waitress Angel was exactly her name, very nice and attentive. The manager was a delight as well. I ordered the omelet & grits. The omelet was decent not to seasoned the grits were hot which I loved. But the grits was also lumpy as well. I will come back and try the banana nut french toast. I sampled some and it was delicious! read more

Sunday brunch was good but it does take too long for food to arrive to your table. Also, I would suggest that the waiters clear off the table when you are finished eating so that you have room enjoy beverages. Overall, the food is great and it's a nice atmosphere with live music. If you're not in a rush, give it a try. read more

The food was fair nothing I would rave about. My dining partner had an omelette she enjoyed and the fish and grits were good. I had French toast I would not recommend it. The size of beverages were good for the price. Our server was attentive. Nice ambiance but we sat at the table with the wall attached to the bathroom at a certain point it was "uncomfortable". They are new to the area. Our food was done amazingly. Portions are just right. They only have a limited menu at this time but if our breakfast is any indication of future meals we're in. Going to take my daughter. They do need to adjust the $$ to fit the area. Service was good and they do plan to expand and add a bar. read more

One word, AMAZING! We had the Philly Cheesesteak omelet and Banana's Fosters Pancake. It was sooooo good! The customer service was great. The owner stop by the table to introduce himself. At today at Scrambled. The food and service was great. Arrived at 11am and was sat right away. We ordered our food and it arrived very Quickly. I had the Red Velvet waffle and it was just as described. Fluffy sweet waffle was cream and pecans topped with crispy fried wings doused in sweet syrup. Very good. We also ordered the Admirals breakfast with the Fish & Grits. Also very good. Even the owner stopped by to check on us. Definitely worth it if you are ever in McDonough. read more

Made reservations but upon entering the hostess said the kitchen wasn't taking orders for another 30 minutes. We stayed as it was a busy weekend and we couldn't go anywhere else. Food came out over an hour later, it was lukewarm but tasted ok. The chef did apologize and came around asking about orders. Unfortunately our waitress was not attentive at all. My first time at scramble and it didn't disappoint! The shrimp and grits were creamy, French toast perfectly cooked and even though the Resturant was packed when we arrived the staff was extremely attentive and accommodating in seating us. I give this place 5 stars. Can't wait to return. read more

I confess I have high standards when it comes to restaurants and how well they seem to value my spending dollars, but Scrambled earn this 5 stars. I understand they have only been open a month or so and are trying to go slowly with spending on construction, decorations, etc. That's smart and I commend their adherence to controlling costs so early in their journey. The food was fantastic! Everything was obviously fresh and cooked perfectly. It tasted fresh and delicious. I had the veggie omelette and the onions, peppers, and spinach were done to perfection. The onions and peppers still had a bit of "bite" in them, and the spinach were cooked to where they were vibrantly green and delicious - not dark, stringy and slimy like we see come from too many kitchens. The home fries were obviously prepared in house (as confirmed by the chef when he came to check on our meal) and were a perfect pairing with some of those same veggies described above. It's was so nice to have home fries that don't taste like those dried up little bricks that many restaurants serve from a bag of precut frozen ones. The presentation was beautiful. I got so excited to dig in I forgot to take a pic for the review, but I can attest their plates look exactly like the pictures shown here on Yelp! This is a chef that truly cares about the food they serve and it shined through in my meal. The staff was attentive, friendly and courteous. I will agree it was a tiny bit expensive, but that is the cost of food, wages, and rent these days. I know that walking through the door, but I walked out feeling very good about my spending. I will absolutely be coming back very soon! I will end with one piece of caution to the purveyors of this restaurant: be careful about trying to be all things to all people. That is, try not to cast too wide a net with the scope of your menu. I understand with a new restaurant you try to maximize revenue by catering to a wide swath of people by offering a wide variety of options (breakfast, lunch, dinner, wings, fish, Soul food, and so on). A jack of all trades tends to be a master of none. Go slowly and remain a master, as you have done thus far! read more

if I could put 0 stars I would. food was not good for the price being charged, Waffle House is A LOT better, we were charged for food we didn't order and were told was removed from the check, charged $9 for drink refills- on tea and coke, and charged extra for items that came with a meal- still don't know what this was about. don't go there, unless you want to overpay for bad food. the service was good, so 1 positive read more
