Redwood Creek Challenge Trail - Tol'-Le-Loo

    Redwood Creek Challenge Trail

Great place to visit in DCA!…read more Just an FYI, I noticed that unless you have your stroller designated as a wheelchair, you can't bring it in and you have to park it outside for those who have children. Kids love this place as they can run around, go down a slide, and use the tire zipline among the rope climbing areas. I think it's a more physical and interactive space where they can also learn about the wilderness and how we can take care of nature around us versus just running around a regular playground. You can interact with the cast members there and sometimes they have photo pass opportunities here too. For Oogie Boogie Bash, this area is used for the Villain's Grove and during the Xmas season you can meet Santa here or decorate some cookies. I went during the Hoppers Collaboration and it's a cute little "scavenger hunt" with signs of the critter characters, a puzzle to decode, and photo opportunities with some free stickers. Super cute and fun! Hope it becomes permanent since the theme is perfect and since I love Tom Lizard.

They can climb on rock walls, play up in the rope house and even do tire swings. My kids can play here for hours without knowing. If we need a break from rides and the heat, this is the spot we like going to and just let the kids run around. My kids are still pretty small so I follow them but bigger kids can just explore with you feeling confident that they are contained and safe. Great spot. Totally recommend.

The two examples they had to try out in the store had poor responses to their controllers; Antonio informed us that they're broken. When I mentioned that that is not a great way to sell their products, he said he isn't going to change them out until they're completely useless because kids just keep messing them up. I responded that this isn't a good testament to their quality. He continued the conversation with a slight bitterness about how children play so I stopped; kids are the main reason for your source of income- you should probably be nicer (I did not say this to him though I wanted to). The quality overall was quite low (everything is plastic!) so we opted to build models instead. The girl who showed us that was enthusiastic and helpful. We spent over 150$ on our custom vehicles; I got cool skull accessories on my truck. This store is better if you want to throw a party than to leave with a toy that will last. There's cheaper RTR and kits with far better quality than this place carries. Pros: - great location/around other activities - free parking for the first hour - clean and bright shop Cons: - pricey for low, low quality - no monster truck builds available - not truly kid-friendly

Make your moneys worth with the trade in system, you can trade 1 plush for 1 credit and they have many other prizes for a set amount of credit. We racked up points to get a giant mew half the size of our bodies haha. 10/10 would recommend. Once we started going here, nothing beats it!! Most claw machine places fill their machines with ugly cheap toys that look like they were either made in the dark or purchased off Temu for a penny. However, this place has a bunch of cute plushies! LOADS of sanrio, such as Hello Kitty and Friends. I've even seen some Miffy and pokemon. They also offer trade ins, meaning you could trade in your smaller prizes for a big one. I've never had any bad experience here. Service was always good. I think one of the workers saw me struggling, so he came over and offered to rearrange the prizes for me so they were easier to grab. He even gave me advice on where I should aim to get the prize! Overall this is a great place for families or even a little date night event. Definitely would recommend everyone bring their kids and loved ones for some fun!

The Adventureland Treehouse at Disneyland is a super chill spot to check out if you're looking for…read morea break from all the hustle and bustle of the park. It was changed to Tarzan's Treehouse and then in 2023, Disney re-imagined it into a cool new yet retro Swiss Family Robinson inspired theme. It's pretty cool now, and it's worth checking out. There's rarely (if ever) a line, and you need to be able to climb a lot of stairs to experience this attraction. The ground level is ADA accessible, but you won't be able to go up into the treetops if you can't handle stairs. Since there's a ton of climbing, this is a great place to let kids burn off some energy as well. The premise is that you are walking through an "open house" of the family's treetop home. There's mother's music room with an inventive organ and other instruments, sister's telescope and astronomy room, and a cute animal-themed area for the little brother. There are lots of neat little details to discover along the way too, and the whole place feels peaceful and immersive and full of Disney magic. There are lots of water features too, which is calming and is a relaxing way to escape the hustle and bustle of a busy park. This isn't the most exciting attraction, and that adds to its charm. In fact, it IS the treehouse's total charm! That being said, this is much better when it's uncrowded. It isn't fun to be stuck on the stairways here when it's busy, so I would avoid it if you see a ton of parkgoers walking among the branches. The view from the top is fantastic, and it's a great spot for panoramic photos of the park, including the Rivers of America, Frontierland, and Big Thunder. It's a different experience in the daytime versus nighttime, but both are great times to explore the treehouse. Overall, the Adventureland Treehouse is a great hidden gem if you're looking for something low-key and scenic to do in between the bigger attractions. It's not a must-do for everyone, but it's a fun little stop that can add some extra magic to your day at Disneyland.

It's quite spacious and there are just such a variety of activities for kids, from playing in a ball pit, to stacking random foam blocks, to playing in an area filled with random electronic entertainment (like mario kart and coloring fish), to actual play area with slides and padded obstacles. Even after seeing some of the lower reviews, I still think it is relatively clean considering the amount of traffic the weekend or evening may bring. I didn't really see anything that was broken or not working, and even when the mario kart system bugged out and was on a default screen, a staff member quickly did a reset and got it back into working order within 10 minutes or so. A consideration to be made is the fact that not all the parents are attentive with their kids, so there were definitely some kids that are just disrupting other kids playing or being obnoxious/rude. It's inevitable but also makes it feel like some parents literally just let their kids do whatever with little supervision, knowing that they are within the indoor playground. For example, my 1 year old was sitting on the padded carousel, and an older kid (at least 6 y.o.) jumped into the middle of the carousel and started dancing around wildly, which would've been fine until he almost fell on top of my much smaller child. It should also be noted that the area was marked for 2 y.o. or younger, but there's pretty much no enforcement of the space. Otherwise, it's a really cool spot for kids to burn a few hours and I still think it's remarkable that they fit so many different things to do in the same area.

It was exhausting climbing up the light house. When you slide down, you feel every bump becausw you weigh more. Also, if you are too tall or on the bigger side, there are places you wont be able to fit if the kids want you to follow them or they wont go. Hopefully your kids arw independent.
