Every ride my son (4 years old at the time) rode on with myself or his auntie was so thrilling for him. He also experienced his first roller coaster here and he enjoyed it. There are various swing sets here of different styles fit for different ages. There was ample parking. Many of the areas are shaded. The bad: We came upon opening hours and the gate wasn't open yet. People opened it around 7 minutes late. My husband and I were about to leave but luckily stood around trying to make phone calls for long enough that someone eventually came and opened the gate. Great place to visit in DCA!…read more Just an FYI, I noticed that unless you have your stroller designated as a wheelchair, you can't bring it in and you have to park it outside for those who have children. Kids love this place as they can run around, go down a slide, and use the tire zipline among the rope climbing areas. I think it's a more physical and interactive space where they can also learn about the wilderness and how we can take care of nature around us versus just running around a regular playground. You can interact with the cast members there and sometimes they have photo pass opportunities here too. For Oogie Boogie Bash, this area is used for the Villain's Grove and during the Xmas season you can meet Santa here or decorate some cookies. I went during the Hoppers Collaboration and it's a cute little "scavenger hunt" with signs of the critter characters, a puzzle to decode, and photo opportunities with some free stickers. Super cute and fun! Hope it becomes permanent since the theme is perfect and since I love Tom Lizard.

They can climb on rock walls, play up in the rope house and even do tire swings. My kids can play here for hours without knowing. If we need a break from rides and the heat, this is the spot we like going to and just let the kids run around. One top of the list change needs to be having someone at the main doors, checking and making sure no kid leaves alone or with another stranger adult...These doors are sometimes wide open- not safe- do better please. The check in/ payment system is alittle strange. You pay at the cashier and then get stopped again before the play area gate to review waiver. The workers there are nice yound adults but pretty young- no manager/main responsible person around. Other indoor playground areas do a better job keeping the place cleaner and generally watching over the kids around the facility- here mostly are just hanging out with other employees. I will still be coming here, hoping we see things improve, just make sure you attend to your kid the whole time.

It is good to see that it is still running strong and still running off of nickels (although most games require more than one). The game selection is actually pretty impressive considering how much you are paying per game. There is everything ranging from casino-style games, to shooter games, to Pump-It-Up (similar to DDR). We had a great time here for about 1.5 hours and paid under $20. You can't beat that! They also have a prize area where you can exchange tickets won from games for physical prizes but we aren't really big fans of those. There were a few games that were out of order which was a bummer but as I mentioned before, we had 1.5 hours of play for under $20. It's hard to complain when the prices are that low. The parking is plentiful in that strip mall and it was well-lit enough to make it feel safe. Check this place out!
