My last pool person spilled paint everywhere on my porch when he was doing our pool painting but when I told Blue West Coast the entire situation, they ended up painting our porch for free. FOR FREE They did not need to do that and I really appreciate them. I mentioned that they did our entire pool and it is BEAUTIFUL.. They did the job so fast we were able to swim in our pool after 2 weeks. We ended up hiring them for maintenance because we trust them with our pool. I would highly recommend going with these guys. Which was on a Saturday, believe it or not. Ben With Kohl's rest was the only company I can find. That would meet me on my time window. We had an appointment at 2:30 he got there at 2:15 and sat in his truck till our appointment time. Watching from a ring doorbell. I felt bad and told him we could start earlier if he was able to. I only bring this up. Because the last 3 companies I had. One company showed 45 minutes late. Now he did call when he was 20 minutes past the hour. The other one showed up on the wrong day and blamed it on me. And the third one straight up, no showed which I'll be writing a review about that company as well. As far as the bill process, it was very smooth. The only problem that we had was that we didn't read the packet that was provided. That gave instructions on how to do certain things like watering the concrete. i think that's what it's a called . So we had to keep calling Ben to give us the answers that had been sitting in front of us the whole entire time. Other than that, our overall experience was fantastic. Not only does EZ do an excellent job of regular cleaning and maintenance, Eric understands the technical aspects of the actual pool equipment and is able to successfully troubleshoot the mechanical and electrical pool issues that occasionally arise.   Of course, Eric doesn't come every week to maintain my pool, however, unlike pool services I've used in the past, he has a knack for hiring diligent, honest and dependable people. They are skilled at both keeping the pool clean and monitoring the overall health of the pool. Would not recommend. Took almost two months to do the project because they showed up maybe once a week. No communication.
