People are so kind and courteous. They took care of our needs and let's talk about food. Can you believe they have amazing food literally so many options we had different type of nachos wings chicken roll burgers plenty of options and everything is great. The beers were outstanding and we would always go back with a bigger group of friends. Don't forget to try this place if you're close by there's plenty of parking.

Our server was just the cutest, nicest girl! She let us know about other events they have like trivia and even a spelling bee! There's prizes! How fun and exciting. I saw board games available for you to play at your table so having a group of friends or coworkers out could be so much fun. They have quite a few of their beers on tap. I'm not a big fan of beer so I passed on all of those and wound up getting a flight of their seltzers. They were delicious! I think the blueberry was my favorite. I really wish they sold these to go because I would've grabbed some on the way out. They sell some of their beers to go Now let's get to the grilled cheese unfortunately they don't always offer the flight and this was a special but they do offer the sandwiches for you to purchase individually with fries. My favorite was a berry and cream cheese one that also had bacon. it was scrumptious. All of them were good but it was my favorite. You got 4 halves, but the halves were huge. we shared one platter and it was enough for two people. It also came with a dessert grilled cheese. That was a s'more. yummy! Just in case anyone from Red Crow Brewing happens to read this review, I'd really like to recommend having the grilled cheese flight on the menu! Lol And please sell some growlers of your seltzer! The blueberry and POG were amazing! I loved them all! I really wish I could remember the name of our server because she was just the best! If I go back, I hope I see her so I can get her name and I promise I will come back here and add it to my review. Looking forward to returning soon especially if I can get there for a trivia or spelling bee night!

Limitless Brewing - A pretty wide variety, not JUST IPAs like most of KC. Here's a stout and a very flavorful sour.

But you're coming for the beer, and the beer is really great. Limitless has gone from a location in a light office park to its own standalone building, complete with patio and plenty of space. There are generally half a dozen or more of their own craft brews on tap ranging from IPA through porter/stout. You may have even had some of their flagship beers elsewhere, such as JoCo Juice, a hazy IPA or Rolling in the Deep, a double New England IPA. I myself go for malt over hop, so I find their Marzen to be one of my favorite beers. If they have their Mexican lager on tap, then I also suggest sampling that as well. A flight of four runs you $14-ish and is a great value, as the sample sizes give you plenty of opportunity to really get a feel for their offerings. If you find something you really like, then you can take four-packs home to go in cans. Limitless is open almost every day, at least until 7:00 and when the weather is nice, the patio was a must do. There are frequently people playing a board game or just enjoying the space, and while I don't want this to be just another noisy space, they could do with maybe a TV or two more. But that is just me being picky and since they are in the neighborhood, I like visiting whenever I can.

Not sure what the stigma was or how it began, but we came for the post-party to a kids birthday…read moreparty and wanted to have some adult time and enjoy some live music. However, the older female bartender was probably the most anti-child/parent person I've met in a long time. Not sure if she was never a mother or had a niece or what, but when asking for paper towels or napkins and she acted baffled like they'd never need to clean up anything before except for my kids spilling their water. When asked about trash cans to put trash, she also told me, "trash cans actually create more trash than they hold.". Lady was wound tight. Not to mention having some other older folks in there that just pointed and talk-down on our group all night until we left. Sorry we had some beers and enjoyed live music WITH KIDS. As much as I like the main room and outdoors, I'm not sure the venue can make up for salty people and overpriced beer. Is what it is. As for families who want to enjoy some beers, I'd find a much better venue. Angry woman in the photo.

They have a large patio area where dogs and kids can play and run around (leased dogs, not the kids ). They have a stage outside and lots of individual seating and picnic tables. They have one of the best brewery patios in KC. The indoor space is also fairly large and they do have a room that can be rented for private events. And this year, they added an outdoor tent so you don't have to freeze but can still be outside. They have a few TVs for sports ball watching. Service is always fanatic. Despite being busy, they're always clean. They do offer food-tacos, pizzas, kids menu. I've not tried any but I always see people ordering so it must be pretty good. It's a brewery so obviously they have beer, but they also have nonalcoholic beverages and wine. I stick to the beer. My favorites are alway the stouts. They remind me of simpler old school stouts that aren't sweet and heavy. They have live music and other events so make sure to follow their social media and definitely check them out!

I love all the outdoor seating and it's the perfect spot for friends and families to hang out. The Whipped Feta Skillet was AMAZING! I also really like the flatbread. They have a great patio space that is both dog and kid friendly. Portions are covered and it's great to sit and chill with a brew on a nice day. The interior isn't the largest but they do have bar seating and large picnic tables for community seating. Service has always been good. They offer a variety of food-sausages, sandwiches, soup, and pretzels. I haven't tried a ton of the food but I've had a pretzel and a sausage and both were good. The beer is German style which isn't my favorite but I do like the black ipa and the grand cru. Both are good and I can always find something to drink here. I highly recommend going on a tour because it's highly informative and will give you an appreciation of the beer style. If you're in Waldo, definitely check them out.

In the time since I'd written that review, I've gotten married, had two kids, visited Germany, changed jobs and through it all this spot has remained a personal favorite of mine in KC. Over the years they've expanded their operation, introduced new biers including (gasp!) an IPA, broadened their food menu at the biergarten, and begun bottling/canning even more of their lineup. This location, their OG Biergarten and Bierhalle is my far my favorite thing about them though and has remained largely unchanged from when they opened all those years ago. You'll still find a German inspired space, warm with the smells of beer and pretzels, great German bar fare, and if you come on the right day some authentic live music. The best part though (IMO) is the biergarten to the side that is family friendly, and is one of the all time best patios in KC on a nice day. At any rate if you are here you've made it to one of KC's best local breweries. Prost!
