For starters, they are always well stocked with everything you could possibly need. From snacks, to lubricants for your engine, windshield washer fluid, to oil additives, they usually have just about everything you need. In addition to that, they have great food items available. Everyone that I've stopped at always has a fresh cups of fruit in a cooler up front.. things like watermelon, pineapple, tangerines, and other really tasty snacks. This is nice for people looking for a healthier option than a bag of chips and a Coke. This place was super clean, I wish I could say that was across the board for all that I've been to, but this one was particularly clean. That shows me that management is on top of things. Bottom line? While I'm traveling cross country, this will definitely be one of the places to stop when I need a bathroom break or to grab a snack while I'm driving.

Found David and Vail RV through Nextdoor app and I couldn't be happier. Got me in same day, found the problem quickly, had reasonable rates, communicated well during the process, and ultimately got me up and running with no hassle. He works out of his home and it was only a 15 minute drive from my house. David was great to work with and he even fixed a few other minor issues along the way (I was almost pulling out when he noticed the back door latch was rough and lubricated it before he let me leave). I will be back and feel very comfortable recommending this service professional to others.

He drove his truck several miles to this shop and asked if they could use their pneumatic tool to loosen them for him. They refused. They said they were "too busy." They didn't even say anything like, "we're really busy right now, but if you could come back tomorrow we'd be glad to help" or anything like that. He had to drive to Nogales, where a mechanic took LESS THAN ONE MINUTE!!!! to loosen the nuts. When my son tried to pay, that mechanic said it's on the house since it took no time. The mechanic in Nogales provided a service and will be remembered positively. This shop in Sonoita will also be remembered, but in the opposite way. This was just over a year ago, so hopefully their attitude has improved since then.
