As we walked in, I noticed that the stored is extremely clean and well organized. Dean was Awesome and very informative. He answered all our questions and gave history information on why certain things were good and not good for motorcycles. It was a fun and interesting conversation with a few jokes thrown back and forth. He was never pushy or rude in any way. He seemed genuinely nice and never acted like we were a burden by asking so many questions. From this experience I will definitely bring my Harley for its next service. Unfortunately, the owner's son, Robby, is a bizarrely belligerent, uninformed businessman and doesn't seem to know much about either his inventory or cars in general. Robby didn't know where the car had originally been titled, whether the heating system worked, why the seats appeared to have been replaced or even if the numbers matched on the engine and frame. In fact, he didn't know what "matching numbers" means -- the first and most important question when buying or selling any classic car. Beyond this, Robby got angry to the point of hilarity that I was asking these questions. A sad day for small, independent dealerships everywhere.
