We opened up a new culinary wing and started using them to do a quarterly hood cleaning as well. It's pretty much a family operation, the dad and son do a lot of the hard, meticulous work, and do an amazingly thorough job at it. He did a great job teaching his son/employee to have quality in his work. They have always done an amazing job and you can tell when they're done the night and day difference.
