We engaged Ariel to install a new drop-in sink, and to our dismay it also had clips for an under mount installation that prevented the sink from fitting properly. Any other handyman would have simply said "Sorry, this doesn't fit", and we'd have been living without a sink for at least a few days if not longer. He told me he thought he could make it work and asked it I could return the adapter for a refund, making it inconvenient for me. He needed to go to the store for a part he did not have on his truck. He go two parts, he said he didn't know which one was the right one. Also I assited him in turning off breakers to locate the right breaker for the light switch. Total job took 3 hours and I was billed $287 for which he refunded me $28 as I had to return the extra part for for a refund. He cleaned up nicely when finished. I couldn't get the refund because he paid for it with a card so he Zelled me the price for part.
