He had long-standing, time tested recommendations for other work we asked about instead of promoting himself for jobs outside his field (you know who I mean, that incompetent plumber you hired in desperation who stands on your carpet in a puddle of gunk while giving you a pitch about installing your windows next week?) Any other handyman would have simply said "Sorry, this doesn't fit", and we'd have been living without a sink for at least a few days if not longer. Ariel sanded down the protrusions and it now fits perfectly. He has a unique ability to not only diagnose problems but to quickly identify a viable solution.
