We opted for the 3 meat meal (brisket, smoked turkey and pulled pork)with collard greens, slaw and potato salad. The meats were delicious and filled the two of us. The beers were cold and added to the experience. We also got about 5 sauces to experiment with and wonderful cornbread biscuits.
