My mom was being treated for a severe UTI infection and kidney stone, and while we trusted Dr…read more Lai's plan, what followed left my mother and family traumatized. After her discharge, she continued experiencing significant symptoms that didn't seem normal to us, yet they were dismissed during her followup appointment. We trusted the guidance given, but in hindsight, we feel more should have been done to reassess her condition. Keep in mind this was ongoing for over a month. After a procedure she had done she complained about not feeling well, she was discharged immediately without proper support even getting help from the cleaning staff just to get dressed. Within hours of being home, her blood pressure rapidly declined, and she went into septic shock due to the untreated infection the doctor was suppose to be taking care of during the whole month she had the stent in as well as the day of the procedure. She had to be rushed back to the hospital and admitted to critical care. Seeing my mom go through something so life threatening due to the lack of care has been so traumatic for my mother and for my family. We truly believe more thorough monitoring, clearer communication, and better post-procedure care could have avoided this life threatening, traumatic event. I share this in hopes that future patients receive more attentive followup and safer discharge care. No one should have to go through this.

I met with DR Scott Yun once again but this was a different scenario he was like Dr Jekyll And I night and day the first appointment he was super nice saying he can help me here or whatever then this appointment he gave me examination and everything changed all that hope and stuff he gave me and my first appointment was shut down he switched the light and only thing he supposed to do was fix my prolapse but it wasn't so bad all the sudden he suggested I get a hysterectomy I told him I didn't need one because there was no issue to cause no hysterectomy he didn't even look at my chart he didn't look at my history he didn't even know how long I was until I told him I told him I didn't want a hysterectomy I just wanted to get my prolap uterus fixed and I still wanted to keep my ovaries for my boyfriend and I can have children and then Dr Scott Yun ask me how old I was he should have knew by looking at my chart but he didn't do that and so I told him how old I was and he had me in tears telling me oh you can't have but he don't know that because there's women older than me that have children anyways we agreed for him to do my prolapse surgery but I told him not to take out my ovaries because it wasn't detrimental for him to tell him I always so why do that so he agreed to do the prolapse surgery without touching my ovaries and he got very upset because I told him do not touch my ovaries and he don't know other my boyfriend and I can have children or not I'm I told him I was 48 and he told me oh your eggs are diminishing so but he didn't run no kind of test to check on my eggs or anything so he don't know but basically I'm just going to let him do my surgery and that's about it and I'm going to leave it alone in my opinion he was very unprofessional and he was supposed to tell the patient that he's supposed to keep them off the mystic and full of Hope not send them home crying in tears

This clinic is located in an old strip mall style office building - Walls are paper thin!! When the…read moredoctor came in to the exam room, he was nice, but once he left the room, you could clearly hear him in the next room discussing my medical condition with other staff in such UNPROFESSIONAL and DISRESPECTFUL languages. I am pretty sure he was fully aware patient could hear him in the next room, and he could not care less. It is really sad people like these are in healthcare. If you are looking for an urology office where you can trust the urologist with your sensitive info, this clinic is NOT where you want to go!
