DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. My experience with Dr. Zahedy's office has been extremely frustrating,…read moreunprofessional, and honestly unacceptable for a medical practice. First, the communication with this office is TERRIBLE. For months I have been trying to contact them regarding transferring my medical records and it is nearly impossible to reach anyone. Their voicemail box was CONSTANTLY FULL so patients couldn't even leave a message. Then they suddenly CHANGED their office phone number without any warning or notice to patients. Now the new number doesn't even HAVE a voicemail option at all. You just call and call with no answer and no way to leave a message. This is completely unacceptable for a medical office, especially when patients are pregnant and need timely care. I saw Dr. Zahedy twice during my first trimester. During my first appointment she brought a student into the exam room WITHOUT asking for my consent beforehand and did not give me the option to be seen privately. Patients should ALWAYS be given the choice if they are comfortable having students present. On top of that, while discussing my pregnancy she made comments about my weight (which I understand can sometimes be relevant) but she also made comments about my private area that was completely unprofessional and unnecessary that even my husband was embarrassed! As I was checking out the front staff kept making comments about how young I was and that "babies are having babies now days".... I'm young but I'm 21 and my husband is 26! My SECOND appointment was even worse. I was NOT told about a $40 office fee until I had already arrived for the appointment and was checking in. Then I waited nearly THREE HOURS before being seen while people who arrived AFTER me were called in and finished their appointments BEFORE I was even taken back. While patients were sitting in the waiting room, the front desk staff were openly talking negatively about the doctor and other staff in Spanish. That is extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable for patients to witness. The urine sample area was also poorly handled. The tray where patients leave their urine samples was FULL of cups and clearly not being emptied regularly. I had to place my urine cup next to multiple other cups. That felt unsanitary, disorganized, and honestly concerning from a medical standpoint and I've never witness this before. When I was finally taken back to the exam room, I was left sitting there for about 20 minutes before a student walked in and asked me where the doctor was, I told them "I hadn't seen her yet" The student had to go FIND the doctor and bring her to the room. Once again I was never given the option to decline having a student present during the exam. During the exam another doctor came to the doorway and stood there HOLDING THE DOOR OPEN while I was sitting on the exam table WITH MY PANTS OFF. While the door was open they asked if I wanted to have a Pap smear done. I have never had one before and was already uncomfortable. Instead of explaining it professionally, Dr. Zahedy said "If you don't do it now you'll have to take your pants off again next time." I declined and asked to skip it, but the entire conversation happened while another doctor was standing in the doorway with the door OPEN while I was exposed. That situation was incredibly uncomfortable and inappropriate. Now I am trying to transfer my medical records so I can continue prenatal care somewhere else. The office has already faxed my records to the WRONG hospital TWICE. I have been calling all day trying to fix the problem and NO ONE answers the phone. Because of this office's incompetence, I have now gone almost TWO MONTHS without being seen by a doctor and I am now halfway through my pregnancy without prenatal care. I've noticed the doctor replying to reviews by referencing patients' lab results publicly, which is extremely concerning when it comes to patient privacy. Pregnant patients deserve PROFESSIONALISM, COMMUNICATION, PRIVACY, and BASIC RESPECT. Unfortunately, my experience with this office showed the complete opposite. I would strongly recommend that anyone looking for an OB/GYN go somewhere else!

I'm not gonna have more kids but for maintenance check ins, it's a nice entertaining visit despite it being a dreadful activity for most women. Office wise, it's clean. Fast. Friendly. But I was coping with my husband whonwas dying of cancer so I wasn't necessarily completely attentive to my own care. This pill was controlling some serious pain. After I stopped taking the pill I was in excruciating pain but couldn't tend to myself because my husband was now dying. All my attention went to him. After finally getting back in to see Dr. Leung 4 months later to start the pill again she insisted I try the IUD. I wasn't to comfortable with the idea but she was really insistent it would be better. I decided to try it and so began 2 years of the worst pain I have ever experienced. After she inserted the IUD I ended up with a UTI. After I healed from the UTI the symptoms never went away. I saw a urologist who also was a bad experience. He the diagnosed me with Interstitial cystitis. I told Dr. Leung at my follow up that I really thought the IUD was causing more pain. She insisted it wasn't the IUD. My urologist insisted it wasn't the IUD. Well I trusted them both. For 2 years I changed my diet drastically to manage Interstitial Cystitis assuming that was my problem. Finally in Dec. of 2025 I insisted the IUD be removed really convinced it was causing some of not all of my symptoms. I even paid cash because my insurance didn't kick in until Jan. 2026. I saw Dr. Melnik who listened to my whole story and removed the IUD promptly. For 2 weeks I felt 100% relief. Then I ended up with another UTI. And here we are again. I am now healing from this UTI and while I'm getting better the progress has been painful and slow. To think all this could have been avoided if Dr. Leung had just listened to me and removed the IUD instead of convincing me it wasn't the IUD. I have also changed my urologist. This whole process has been a nightmare and not something I wanted to experience and helping my husband fight sarcoma for almost 6 years. After his death I was mourning but looking forward to some much needed rest. That is still yet to happen 2 and a half years later. Doctors please listen to your patients. If they tell you something isn't right give them the benefit of the doubt.
