During our first visit, Dr. Lee took the time to provide a clear treatment plan based on our condition and helped us decide which path to take. We truly appreciate his professional care and thoughtful guidance. Before meeting Dr. Lee, we visited several clinics, but none had staff as friendly and welcoming as his. You truly feel like part of the family there. Thank you, Dr. Lee and team, for the excellent care you provided. We hope others going through a similar journey (IVF) will also receive the same great treatment.

Leaving a review for something as personal, emotional, expensive, and time-consuming as fertility…read moretreatment is difficult. However, I have nothing but positive things to say about this office and everyone who works there. Dr. Lee was always very straightforward in his approach and took the time to thoroughly explain everything during my first visit. He gave me the option to try IUI before moving on to IVF, and while I can now look back and say IUI ultimately wasn't successful for me, I truly appreciated that he presented all of my options, educated me on each path, and allowed me to move through my fertility journey at my own pace. The procedures he performed were much easier than I expected, and he was always encouraging and supportive throughout the process. Fion - the absolute best of the best. There is no way I could have made it through this journey without her as my nurse practitioner. Her bedside manner is exceptional. She explained everything thoroughly at every visit, answered every question I had, and never once made me feel rushed. I came into the office crying more than once, and she showed me more kindness, patience, and support than some of my own family members. She was incredibly gentle, compassionate, and even tolerated all of my nervous jokes and comments when I was trying to distract myself from being scared. The only thing I would change is having her become a labor and delivery doctor so she could deliver my baby! The staff deserves endless praise. Getting appointments was always incredibly easy. Out of the 30+ appointments I had, I think the longest I ever waited was about eight minutes--and that was because I arrived early. Every lab draw was quick and painless. I always received prompt phone calls with results, and any necessary paperwork or emails were sent right away. Rosa, Julie, and Natalie are absolute heroes. Jennie in billing was a lifesaver. I went through two different insurance plans that advertised IVF coverage, but navigating the actual benefits was a nightmare. Jennie was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain my charges, clarify what insurance was actually covering, assist with rebilling when needed, and make sure everything was processed correctly. When you're going through something as intense and emotional as infertility treatment, the last thing you want to stress about is insurance. Jennie made that part of the journey so much easier. Everyone's body, mind, and fertility journey is different, but I genuinely believe the team here has the knowledge, compassion, and patience to support anyone who walks through their doors. I'm happy to say that our baby boy is due in March 2023, and if we need help growing our family again in the future, there is no question that we will be returning to this office. Thank you to everyone on the team for helping make our dream come true.

From our very first appointment, she was enthusiastic, optimistic, incredibly thorough, and refreshingly realistic. After trying to conceive since 2021 and undergoing fertility treatment since 2024, I felt like I was reaching the end of the road based on what I had been told by my previous doctor. Dr. Chung gave us hope when we needed it most. What impressed me most was her ability to balance honesty with encouragement. She took the time to understand our situation, carefully explained our options, and developed a plan that ultimately made our dream of becoming parents come true. We will be forever grateful for her expertise, dedication, and compassion. I also want to recognize the amazing staff who made every step of the process feel supportive and seamless. A special thank you to Carina and both Priscillas for their kindness, responsiveness, and genuine care throughout our journey. Their warmth and professionalism made such a difference during what can be a very emotional process. Thanks to Dr. Chung and her incredible team, our dream became a reality. I'm happy to share that I'm now expecting to deliver a second child, thanks to Dr. Amin. Five years ago, I came to her office on my Gyno's recommendation, and I've never been more impressed by someone who is calm, collected, and incredibly knowledgeable about fertility--from the basics to the minutiae. Clear explanations and a collaborative approach. Dr. Amin explains how the whole process works--medication and IVF from stage to stage--so you understand exactly what to expect. She walks you through precise steps for a successful pregnancy, with timing and attention to uterine lining, without rushing or pressuring you for money. Successful outcomes and compassionate care. On both of my retrieval-to-transfer cycles, I conceived on the first try--rare, but achievable with Dr. Amin's precise timing and careful assessment. She emphasizes the best alternatives and genuinely cares about your journey, which gives you a lot of encouragement. She even shared that she underwent similar treatment herself, which adds a level of trust and empathy. Dedicated team from top to bottom. Her finance team is very thorough and provides upfront estimates, which helps in understanding the financial costs involved. The front desk staff is also helpful.
