It is difficult to get in touch with the Doctors. If you leave a message, they won't respond to it.

Great experience, fast , to the point. Set up test for swollen prostate and prescribed something in the meantime that is already helping.

Everyone was in masks and the office was clean so I felt safe. Doctor looked into my ears and prescribed medication. It's been three days and I already feel better. I was very happy it was a quick visit because I really did not want to linger or be around a talkative doctor in the middle of a pandemic. Parking in the garage was free with validation from the front desk. If I have any other ENT problems in the future, I would go back to this office.

I decided to see Jason because he was Korean and it would not cause a language barrier for my mom to understand everything. Also i paid out of pocket for an appointment which shows he probably thought i couldn't afford treatment. He comes in flashes a flashlight in my nose and says you probably have sleep apnea. He assigned me a sleep study and sent me off with a nose spray. When my mom would ask a question he would look annoyed and interrupt her mid sentence. After the sleep study i came to follow up with him and he said you have sleep apnea and there's nothing you can do besides buy a cpap machine. I said what about surgery, he said no it'll make it worse. I was so shocked how disengaged he was and how cold he sounded, like i was a fly pestering him. So i said okay and spent 1000 on a machine. After months of trying the cpap and failing, i couldn't do it anymore. I changed my insurance to PPO and found another ENT doctor. He FULLY examined everything from ears, mouth, and put a camera in my nose to give a thorough exam. The doctor concluded it was because of my tonsils that were overly large and was blocking my airways and that i needed a tonsillectomy. Which i did and my sleep apnea was gone like that. Thank you Jason for rejecting me because i was able to get fully healed besides believing that nothing else could be done for me. Don't ever doubt yourself and go get second opinions always.

He is not the dermatologist that I normally go to, but he was available in 2021 and I am so thankful that he was. Fast forward 5 years and the cyst came back. This time it was not infected and Dr. Dahl left it to my discretion on whether to have it removed or not. It had only gotten bigger and I decided that I didn't want to chance it getting infected again or even bigger. He agreed with my decision and I had it removed a week later. I had zero idea how involved the removal process was going to be. My 45 minute procedure turned into almost 2 hours. But all throughout the removal, he was sensitive to my comfort, explained each step, and made small talk. The table looked like a murder scene once he was done, but he got it out and sutured me up nicely. His staff was so friendly and respectful as well. The stitches stayed in for 2 weeks, during those 2 weeks I did have to make a phone call to the office for a concern. Dr. Dahl, himself, talked to me and made me feel better and resolved my concerns. My stitches are out now and I'm healing nicely! It was a huge incision but he did a great job! My back is covered in tattoos and even with the large amount of skin he had tweak, he barely messed up a tattoo. Maybe luck or maybe skill... we'll never know. I went to my "normal" dermatologist soon after the stitches were out, for my monthly treatment, and she wanted to take a look, she was impressed with his work and thankful that I found such a respectable doctor in her absence. Staff has been wonderful too, very friendly. I have not had any issues with overbilling or anything negative as read in some reviews. I think my only complaint is their new phone system, now that they are a part of Schweiger, is harder to get through to a person. Thank you Dr. Dahl and the whole staff!! I'd never hesitate to come back for any reason!

This happened to me a number of years ago, but I am still suffering from Dr. Dahl's "care." I had…read morerough spot on my lower lip, but Dr. Dahl said it was nothing. Three months later I went back and had it biopsied . Came back cancer. Dahl said I needed a Mohs procedure on my lip. I asked him if I needed to hire a plastic surgeon to suture the lip back together once the procedure was finished and he said: "No, I use plastic surgery closing tecniques I learned at the Mayo Clinic." Well, quite a bit of lip tissue was removed and Dahl sutured the lip together horizontally. Afterwards, my mouth had a huge dip leaked drool all the time. I went to three different plastic surgeon's (two in OC and one in Beverly Hills) and all three said the mouth was sutured together incorrectly (it should have been done vertically, not horizontally.). One plastic surgeon took one look at me and told me that I'd been "mutilated." Not what you want to hear about your mouth. Anyway, I had to have Dr. Dahl's Mayo Clinic closing redone by a surgeon in Beverly Hills, who had to take out another wedge of tissue and tghen sewed it back together correctly. I still have no feeling in my bottom lip and a nice scar running down my chin. Thanks for the memories Dr. Dahl!
