I decided to see Jason because he was Korean and it would not cause a language barrier for my mom to understand everything. Also i paid out of pocket for an appointment which shows he probably thought i couldn't afford treatment. He comes in flashes a flashlight in my nose and says you probably have sleep apnea. He assigned me a sleep study and sent me off with a nose spray. When my mom would ask a question he would look annoyed and interrupt her mid sentence. After the sleep study i came to follow up with him and he said you have sleep apnea and there's nothing you can do besides buy a cpap machine. I said what about surgery, he said no it'll make it worse. I was so shocked how disengaged he was and how cold he sounded, like i was a fly pestering him. So i said okay and spent 1000 on a machine. After months of trying the cpap and failing, i couldn't do it anymore. I changed my insurance to PPO and found another ENT doctor. He FULLY examined everything from ears, mouth, and put a camera in my nose to give a thorough exam. The doctor concluded it was because of my tonsils that were overly large and was blocking my airways and that i needed a tonsillectomy. Which i did and my sleep apnea was gone like that. Thank you Jason for rejecting me because i was able to get fully healed besides believing that nothing else could be done for me. Don't ever doubt yourself and go get second opinions always.

I had to chase him out of the office just to ask something. I still don't understand why I need the surgery until i saw another ENT! Im still so mad and upset. It was a complete waste of my time.

First our paperwork said they open at 0730 and it's only walk in only no appointments So I arrived when they opened and already 25 people waiting and some had appointments I ask the gentleman at the office he said some of people make an appointment my chart but they don't tell you this when you call them. So if you walk in they just keep pushing your name back in line. After almost 2 hours I finally got in for a 3 min blood drawn . They should tell people when you check in it's going to be at least 2 hours and you will get pushed back by appointments first. It's like everyone that works in this office have and attitude and or unhappy no smiles at all maybe they shouldn't be working with people or they have been doing it so long they hate everyone. Just go somewhere else save your sanity

It takes HOURS before you can get a response back from any provider. I called 8 times before having to drive to their office on my lunch hour ONLY to hear that Dr Hsio didn't want to sign my clearance for a dental procedure i was getting. IT TOOK THAT LONG TO TELL ME ONLY THAT? what kind of Doctor is that. Heather Hsio is the most unprofessional doctor ever & ACTS LIKE A CHILD. The staff and also the office manager was RUDE. never will i come back to this office again. I already changed my PCP the moment i walked out of this office.

Very nice man! Fantastic staff too!…read more I had 2 cysts on my back and one was growing rapidly. I made an appointment to see Dr. Dahl, at the referral of my GP, since my "normal" dermatologist was closed during Covid times. Dr. Dahl took a look at both cysts and agreed that the one was very infected and he put me on a strong antibiotic, I came back a few weeks later and it still had not completely gone down, so he put me on a stronger medication. Two weeks later it was barely there. During these few weeks I was having all sorts of "Dr. Pimple Popper" moments with it (squirting and oozing, ugh) and I called the staff twice with concerns. They walked me through what to do and how to handle it, over the phone with the utmost knowledge and care. It came down to the day of removal, here I was all ready to have my back greatly cut into and he feels around and says that he tends to lean on the conservative side and then explains that a cyst can get so infected that it actually deteriorates the sac while it is healing. He felt like if he cut into me and found it was just scar tissue then we'd be doing an unnecessary surgery. So we talked about it and decided that if we wait a few weeks and it has gone down then it is scar tissue, however if I come back in a few weeks and it is the same or has grown then we know it is the sac and it will need to be surgically removed. HOW SWEET IS THAT?? He immediately earned my respect. Plus he also said "and we really don't want to cut into that beautiful tattoo on your back if we don't need to" Awww... thank you doctor!! I haven't gone back for the appointment to find out if it is scar tissue or not, but his honesty and integrity deserves major kudos!! He's very mild mannered and friendly, yet to the point and professional. Parking is in a nice large lot, the front office is clean and comfortable. Staff, as I said, is very friendly and seem genuinely happy to be working there. I'll be back in a couple weeks to have my cyst re-evaluated.... no matter the outcome, I know I'll be in good hands with this office. Thank you!!!

He had an infection that had gotten away from him. They went to the ER, waited in to lobby for 3 hours only to be told by a nurse IN THE WAITING ROOM that it was most likely viral and there was nothing they could do for him, and he just needed to go home, "ride it out" and it would go away on its own. No examination, no blood work, no tests of any kind. He didn't even make it into a room. Well, it didn't go away on its own. Had they done any kind of testing or even bothered to investigate at all they would have found that one of his meds, that had recently been modified was the cause of the infection. We took him to the ER of a good hospital where they actually care about their patients. They admitted him immediately, identified the problem and began treatment. He has now been in the hospital since Saturday and is being discharged today. His blood counts are back to normal, the offending medication has been stopped, and his blood numbers are rising nicely. I've heard and experienced bad service at Anaheim regional in the past but this was beyond bad service its malpractice. I would never take a loved one to Anaheim Regional again.
