They denied telling me the prices, and I found out at the end the prices after my check up, and it was crazy. Make sure to triple check all the charges prior to taking any treatment. The lady on front will most likely tell you that they don't know the costs, since they need to check with your insurance first, so make sure to ask how much everything costs prior to insurance covering. It is a ridiculous amount that no one should pay for.

At my first visit with him, he rushed me through my general physical and talked *at* me rather than *to* me. I tried to talk to him about what I thought was a food allergy, and after I described what I was experiencing, he said, "if those foods are bothering you, then just don't eat them." I was kind of baffled by that. "Yes, of course," I agreed,"but I'd like to know if I'm truly allergic or not." His response was: "I can send you to an allergist, but they're really not going to be able to test for that." I suggested seeing a GI doctor; but his response was the same: "Waste of time." Oh, and he did all of that at the top of his voice in a quiet office. Thanks. I appreciate a doctor that can tell me the truth without the sugar-coating; but after getting a second opinion (which suggested I do see a GI to *confirm*), it was clear that Dr. Kim really didn't have time for me. The only upside to seeing this doctor was his outstanding office staff. PS. St. Jude Medical Ctr charges for parking in 30 minute increments, which is just plain mean.

The nurses at the front desk are nice and have always been nice it's just this doctor like I don't know if he knows what he's doing or if he just simply doesn't care about people and it's sad because most if not all doctors are just in it for the business and not in it to too really take your health seriously and help you find out the best treatment/cure for whatever health condition you have. I'm tired of hearing "your okay" or "you'll be fine" like I'm not okay my body doesn't feel fine I'm in pain, I'm sick and what are you doing about it?? NOTHING.

Also, if you need a specialist or recommendation, it might take 2+ weeks for them to get back to you (with you calling at least 3 times to remind them). If they say they'll call you, never expect a call back. Dr. Nitta is great, always listens and does his best to help. I recommend him, but I can't jump over several hurdles to get an appointment, specialist or basic help anymore. I understand the office can be busy, but there is a difference in being busy and having an absolutely apathetic response to patients.

One of the main reasons we decided on Dr. Chung for our second baby was because Priscilla is her patient coordinator. She was my previous coordinator and my husband and I trust and appreciate her attentiveness and care. When we learned that she was working with Dr. Chung it was a no brainer for us. Dr. Chung is an amazing physician with lots of great research knowledge. Working with her truly felt like we're all in the same team. We appreciated her collaboration and sincerity throughout the entire process from pre transfer testing to prenatal care. We always felt like our voices were heard and that Dr. Chung was open minded to our thoughts and ideas regarding protocols. She is very hands on and communicative which is a breath of fresh air. I so appreciate all the time and dedication she puts into the patients she works with. We are so excited to have a baby girl on the way. On several occasions it felt like he spent 3 to 5 minutes, and I believe his max is 10 minutes. I never felt like he truly cared about me as a patient; it feels like a McDonald's drive-thru. One day, I verbally expressed to him that I felt like he spent very little time with patients, and he lost his patience and became super furious saying that he felt insulted. First our paperwork said they open at 0730 and it's only walk in only no appointments So I arrived when they opened and already 25 people waiting and some had appointments I ask the gentleman at the office he said some of people make an appointment my chart but they don't tell you this when you call them. So if you walk in they just keep pushing your name back in line. After almost 2 hours I finally got in for a 3 min blood drawn . They should tell people when you check in it's going to be at least 2 hours and you will get pushed back by appointments first. It's like everyone that works in this office have and attitude and or unhappy no smiles at all maybe they shouldn't be working with people or they have been doing it so long they hate everyone. Just go somewhere else save your sanity
