Have to check in 15 min before appointment. And then wait 10-15 min after your appointment is when they call you. Appointment at 11:40, came there 11:15, they called me 11:55 and then waited for doctor in the room for around 12:15. Bring your own water bottle; they don't have water fountains or water for patients to drink while you wait. They don't have walk ins for lab anymore.
