There was no warmth, no basic courtesy, nothing. The one star reflects my experience on the phone, because what is the point of seeing the doctor if I already know I will be treated like this the entire time? This is the Fullerton office which is west on Bastanchury, close to St. Jude hospital. We were referred to Dr. Gazzaniga by our son's primary physician, which ended up in minor surgery.
