Michelle and Dr. Le (pronounced Lay for those of us that need the reminder) are top notch people and very well versed in how to communicate with patients. First, I would like to acknowledge how easy it was to contact them, leave a message, and I heard back from them ASAP. I actually was able to get into see Dr. Le the same day; :) I'm so grateful, too. Furthermore, the care that was shown to me was extraordinary. I don't think I've had the same experience with anyone else. I really liked how they charted my history and Dr. Le used a white board, which is so brilliant because I could visually see all of my options (versus remembering them). Together, they are a class act and therein if you're looking for a new Doctor, I highly recommend you give them a try. Today I picked up my medication (for my breathing ailment) and am hoping in a few days I'll be feeling much better. Thanks (again) Dr. Le and Michelle!!!

He explained why I am experiencing dizziness and how to cope and what to expect long term. He gave me hope and agreed to see me as his ongoing patient. He is extremely knowledgable. He spent more time with me than I expected. He is very patient, compassionate and understanding. He listened to me and answered all my questions at length. When I left his office, I felt relieved and grateful for receiving medical expertise he shared with me. His bedside manners are excellent.

Infection indicated need for antibiotics. Dr. Giglio prescribed penicillin. Pharmacy refused to fill because their records indicate patient is allergic to penicillin. Giglio responded to pharmacy saying his records did not indicate penicillin allergy. Pharmacy refuses to fill prescription. Patient calls Giglio's office twice on the initial day, 3 times the next day. Still no antibiotics and patient is getting sicker. Now it's Saturday and patient, desperate for help that isn't coming, goes to urgent care. One week later, still no response to repeated requests for help. Message taking personnel say messages were sent top priority, but NOTHING happened to help the patient, who got sicker!!!!! Why get into a "measuring contest" when changing to a non penicillin antibiotic would be so much easier?! AND benefit the patient, who, one week later, still has NOTHING?! Care quality is extremely poor. Not ever going back.

I decided to look into other options and did a search for places I could pay out of pocket. When I lived in Mexico, I had been using the services at a local hospital, paying a monthly membership fee for their services so imagine my surprise when I found out that the exact same system existed here. That was when I found Dr. Marisse so I booked an appointment. I found her originally on Zocdoc and the nearest appointment was in a month and a half. Within a day of making the appointment, I was called by the office to Nurse Shawna who wanted to make sure that I knew that all appointments needed a preliminary chat with the Doc, after which I could book my appointment. thanked me for letting her know that the next available appointment was that far away. It turned out there was a mix-up and that she did have more immediate appointments available. There is plenty of parking, as it is in shared parking lot with other businesses. However, there are two buildings with the same building number but with different locale numbers. Upper Echelon is in the building nearest to the AAA and the Farmer Boys. At the appointment, everything was clearly explained and we went over a sort of plan of attack, with regards to my concerns and what I needed to do. I appreciated paying less per month for the membership, which includes as many appointments as you want. The lab work and the tests are at wholesale prices so even with the membership fee and registration, all of this was cheaper than the plan I was going to get with insurance. What I appreciated was the quickness of getting an appointment. I have always hated waiting a few weeks, as a new patient, before actually being seen but I was able to book this within a week of the appointment. It was a week because their availability interfered with my work hours. Otherwise, I would have been seen earlier. All in all, it is pretty convenient and a wallet-friendly option. After that first appointment and the lab results came in, Dr. Marisse wrote a VERY long email detailing every point of concern. Which I appreciated because I went for answers and I was getting them. If you need a straightforward person to tell you what you need to be doing and not someone who has to be on your ass every step of the way, this is the ideal option. I would say the ONLY con is that they do not have appointments during the weekends. And since I work during the week, I have to take time off to go to an appointment.

Now he's a total jerk and he has his uneducated office staff and PA running the business. just a few of our most prominent issues: 1. I was extorted by the front office, that he would not see me unless I paid a missed appointment, which I did not schedule. 2. The office refused to treat me, for a raging bladder infection that they tested me for, even though I'm a regular annual patient. I refused to pay the $50 to come BACK to the office the same day, for the RX. 3. His physicians assistant incorrectly diagnosed me as having HPV. And I had to go to another doctor for an incredibly painful procedure, all for nothing. I did not have HPV. 4. In my opinion Kurtz now has a God complex, he didn't used to. ***5. THEY REFUSED TO TREAT ME, AFTER I LEFT MY URINE SAMPLE....UNLESS I PAID WHAT FEELS LIKE A $50 EXTORTION FEE, in order to give me my prescription. When the doctor says they don't hold back care because of an unpaid balance, that is entirely incorrect, and I believe he's lying. His behavior is reprehensible, and he is fully aware of this.
