Dr. Jeffery Mullens and wife, What you and your wife have done is beyond what any decent person can…read morewrap their head around. I'm not sure if even you know of what deal transpired with James and tina. Tina had hired James to do work on a laundromat which she had subcontracted, and agreed the job would be $2000.00. James completed the job as confirmed by the owner of the laundromat and at which time James was to be paid the $2000.00. James, had recently lost his home due to a death and was looking for storage for all his belongings. Tina stated that she had possibly three garages available and how many did he need. He said two and she agreed and suggested that they could workout the rent in lieu of the $2000.00 and James agreed. (We have all test messages regarding these conversations) James moved all his belongings in on Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 27th, 2025. James also did another side job for Tina fixing/replacing a door. For that job Tina paid James $250.00 for labor and $153.00 for materials with checks that bounced for lack of funds. (We have copies and original checks). So James was never paid anything for working for Tina. The owner said he had paid her for the laundromat job and was shocked and about what has transpired and will not work with her again in the future. To hire a garbage truck and hide it behind the property until the Westminster Police left after they ask you not remove his property, you and Tina stood by as they put everything he owned in the truck and haled away. There is no excuse for such a cruel, vindictive and criminal thing you people have done to James, what would warrant you to do such a horrible cruel thing. You have destroyed everything he owned including the ashes of his Grandfather and pet, collector guns, telescopes all his clothes (he couldn't go to work) All legal documents. You left him only with the clothes on his back and flip flops. So many have ask, what kind of people could do something like this, especially a Doctor? The Westminster Police and Dave's Trucking are also joining you in this lawsuit. You have also made headlines in news all around Huntington and in Orange County. Shame on You !!

I was a patient at Fullerton Neurology for years when Dr. Florin was there, and my experience during that time was wonderful. The staff was kind, professional, and I always felt comfortable and cared for. Unfortunately, after Dr. Londoño took over, my experience completely changed. The website still listed Dr. Florin for quite some time, which was misleading, but the final interaction I had there was enough for me to never return. During a Botox appointment, my husband took a quick photo while I was receiving injections along my scalp line. We genuinely did not realize photos were not allowed and absolutely would have respected that policy had we been told beforehand. The moment the photo was taken, Dr. Londoño reacted in a way that was honestly shocking. She began screaming at my husband repeatedly, demanded he unlock his phone, watched him delete the photo, and then ordered him to leave the office. He apologized multiple times and immediately complied. I was left sitting mid-procedure while she continued expressing how "violated" she felt. She also said she was so shaken up that she couldn't finish the procedure. The entire situation became extremely uncomfortable and escalated far beyond what seemed reasonable for a misunderstanding over a single photo that was immediately deleted. After the appointment, she told me she never wanted to see me again and that I needed to find a new doctor -- after years of being a patient there. I fully understand offices may have policies regarding photos, and I respect that. But the way this situation was handled felt incredibly unprofessional, aggressive, and upsetting. It was honestly one of the most uncomfortable interactions I've ever had with a medical professional.

Let me tell you the story of the physician that saved my life. On a balmy day towards the end of…read moreApril, I had symptoms that required the skills of a neurosurgeon. The first spinal surgeon declined to operate on me as the site of surgery was too close to my brain stem involving my spinal cord. He referred me to his friend and that is how I got into contact with the neurosurgeon that saved my life, Dr. Erick Westbroek. I'm not sure why there is one disgruntled review on his Yelp page but nonetheless, I would like to speak accolades about his professional treatment of me with courtesy and respect. When he first examined me, I had a pretty serious medical problem that requires immediate surgical intervention. I'm talking about the kind that can lead to an occlusion of a vertebral artery could potentially cause induce a stroke. However, he was very calm and collected when he reviewed my medical notes and charts, knowing full well my medical condition even before I stepped into his office. Though he outlined the risks of the surgery, he spoke with a sense of reassurance that only someone who is confident in their skills can. I had my surgery within 2 weeks of initial consult with him due to the manner of my emergent medical condition. The day of surgery, he looked very relaxed and full of energy, ready to do my surgery. I was able to speak with him for a brief moment sharing how people of almost the entire orange county are praying for me and for him before the surgery. He made his surgical mark with a marker and before I knew what was happening after I was wheeled into the operating room, I was anesthetized. After what felt of only a minute, though the surgery lasted 6 hours, I woke up in the intermediate care unit where I had full use of my limbs again. As a physician, he restored my health. It was incredulous to believe. An ailment that I was afflicted with for several months was now abated. I could walk again! Not only that, I woke up to a new Pope elected after my surgery, Pope Leo. Furthermore, 2 of the nurses that visited and cared for me was my classmate and student. If that is not an uncanny coincidence, I don't know what is. I knew it was one of those where God provided Divine Providence. What a fitting name as the hospital where my life was saved... was owned by Providence. Thank you Dr. Westbroek for your consummate service to your patients. I would consider you a renown neurosurgeon in this county of Orange as there are few people with your subset of technical skills to operate at a precise level, restoring the health of the human body to its original function.

She got me immediately into a series of tests including blood work, MRI, spinal tap, visual Evoke Potentials, etc. I had many of the symptoms over the past 10 years and every single Neurologist catagorically "through me under the bus" and essentially did no tests nor exams outside of the standard office exam. After all the results were in she had the diagonosis of Multiple Sclerosis, relapsing remitting and put me on BetaSeron subq immediately. She also stated that she felt from the beginning, with my history alone, that I probably did have MS. I owe this great doctor an enormous debt of gratitude for her quick, no nonsense battery of testing, leading to the diagnosis. And for immediate treatment. She also encouraged me to continue in my martial arts training as it "would save" me from many of the pitfalls surrounding MS. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart! I think of you often and pray for abundent blessings for you!!! Good neurologists are hard to find. She's definately a keeper! PPO IS THE WAY TO GO! It's difficult to find a good doctor…read moreespecially when you are at the mercy of an HMO. I gave this office a single star because of one of the secretaries in charge of scheduling appointments. What she doesn't realize is that Dr. Donald Snider - Neurologist, has spent many years establishing his practice and it is unfortunate that his patients have to deal with people who don't care enough to speak to people in a polite manner. When I placed my first call, I asked for an appointment and she (secretary #1) said she needed a referral and she asked me to have my doctor fax it over to her. Thirty minutes later I called to make the appointment and she claimed the referral was not sent. I called my doctor's office to ask them to send over another fax because Dr. Snider's secretary didn't receive the first one. My doctor's office said she printed the receipt showing the faxed went through. Anyway, they faxed the referral a second time and when I tried to call back the line was busy. Oddly enough. I tried again. Still busy. I kept trying. After 3-4 tries, I went to the website and called the office that way. Finally another secretary (#2) answered and she was able to find the fax!! I then had to speak to secretary (#1) in charge of appointments. She was rude and I told her it was a shame that patients have to endure her attitude and I was going to mention it to the doctor. She said, "Okay, you do that ma'm" and she hung up the phone. When I called back to get her name, she put me on hold for 11 minutes.
