When…read moreit comes to something as serious and frightening as neurological concerns, you hope to find a doctor who not only has the knowledge and expertise, but also the heart to care for their patients. Dr. Zarei embodies both. From the moment we met her, she made us feel seen, heard, and supported. She took the time to really listen to everything we had to say about my mom's condition and never once made us feel rushed. Instead, she approached everything with patience, kindness, and genuine concern. You can immediately tell that she truly cares about the people she treats. What stood out the most was how thorough and thoughtful she was during the entire visit. She carefully reviewed my mom's medical history, asked meaningful questions, and explained everything in a way that helped us understand what was happening and what the next steps could be. Neurological issues can feel overwhelming and frightening, but Dr. Zarei has a calming presence that makes you feel like you are in the right hands. More than anything, you can see that this is not just a job for her. It is clearly her calling. Her passion for neurology and her commitment to helping her patients is very evident in the way she practices medicine. She treats people with dignity, empathy, and respect, and that kind of care makes an enormous difference to families like ours. We left the appointment feeling grateful, reassured, and confident that my mom is receiving excellent care. Doctors like Dr. Zarei are truly special, and we feel very fortunate to have found her. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a neurologist who is not only extremely knowledgeable and thorough, but also genuinely kind and compassionate.

When I had an unexpectedly huge bill for labs, she personally stepped in, made calls, and went to bat for me to ensure the charges were reduced. That level of care is rare, and it shows how deeply she values her patients. I honestly wish she could be my primary care doctor--she is that incredible. I respect her immensely and am so grateful for the way she has cared for me. If you are looking for a neurologist who is brilliant, compassionate, and will fight for your well-being, Dr. Zarei is the one. She comes with my absolute highest recommendation.

I'm not sure if even you know of what deal transpired with James and tina. Tina had hired James to do work on a laundromat which she had subcontracted, and agreed the job would be $2000.00. James completed the job as confirmed by the owner of the laundromat and at which time James was to be paid the $2000.00. James, had recently lost his home due to a death and was looking for storage for all his belongings. Tina stated that she had possibly three garages available and how many did he need. He said two and she agreed and suggested that they could workout the rent in lieu of the $2000.00 and James agreed. (We have all test messages regarding these conversations) James moved all his belongings in on Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 27th, 2025. James also did another side job for Tina fixing/replacing a door. For that job Tina paid James $250.00 for labor and $153.00 for materials with checks that bounced for lack of funds. (We have copies and original checks). So James was never paid anything for working for Tina. The owner said he had paid her for the laundromat job and was shocked and about what has transpired and will not work with her again in the future. To hire a garbage truck and hide it behind the property until the Westminster Police left after they ask you not remove his property, you and Tina stood by as they put everything he owned in the truck and haled away. There is no excuse for such a cruel, vindictive and criminal thing you people have done to James, what would warrant you to do such a horrible cruel thing. You have destroyed everything he owned including the ashes of his Grandfather and pet, collector guns, telescopes all his clothes (he couldn't go to work) All legal documents. You left him only with the clothes on his back and flip flops. So many have ask, what kind of people could do something like this, especially a Doctor? The Westminster Police and Dave's Trucking are also joining you in this lawsuit. You have also made headlines in news all around Huntington and in Orange County. Shame on You !!

This is just a re-review two years after post-op work. I've had other neck, shoulder, and…read moreback-related issues, and even after coming to Dr. Chambi specifically for treatment of thoracic outlet syndrome, I've been grateful that he and his office have been able to help me with issues not related to one of his specialties in TOS. More specifically, I wanted to write this review because I've been sad that some people are still trying to "cancel" Dr. Chambi for a lawsuit that happened decades ago. I don't know the details, so I can't defend him or speak about the affected individuals from that time. All I can say is that whatever happened back then doesn't factor into how I judge him today. Dr. Chambi has been nothing but kind and helpful to me. He always listens to any potentially nerve-related issues I have, especially since I deal with a lot of neuromuscular pain on a day-to-day basis due to my computer job. He is one of the few doctors where I don't have to wait at least a week or two just to get an appointment. If I need a refill on medication that helps me sleep at night, such as Soma/carisoprodol, it's easy to call the office and let them know I need a refill because I still medically require it. Of all the doctors' offices I've been to for my chronic muscle and nerve pain, this is the only place that recommended this medication, which has been life-changing for my sleep over the last few years. Whenever I'm in a lot of pain, I always think of Dr. Chambi's office for recommending this medication, which I didn't know about before I started seeing him. He and his team have also been very helpful with my insurance. My insurance, Cigna, denied my claims for MRIs on my shoulders and lower back for the typical silly reason that they needed more information, even though I'm in pain doing simple tasks like computer work, reaching overhead, or even carrying mildly heavy things in certain positions. Thanks to a lot of back-and-forth, persistent communication from Dr. Chambi's front office, his team was able to convince my insurer to approve my initially prescribed shoulder and lower back MRIs after getting X-rays first. Through this MRI push, I was able to figure out that I had mild bilateral shoulder tendonitis and bursitis and even some low back disc herniation and left facet hypertrophy. If it weren't for Dr. Chambi's team, it's possible that I would have had to deal with undiagnosed pain all over my body or have to pay for three expensive MRIs out of pocket--over $1,000. Through these MRIs, Dr. Chambi prescribed me naproxen, and used MRI results to continue treatment with other therapists/specialists and have a better understanding of what was going on with my computer repetitive strain that I was doing to myself. The fact that I can always call Dr. Chambi's office and have them start a peer-to-peer insurance review or at least reach out to insurance to attempt another request--which is done in a timely manner--is really helpful to me. Seeing how many patients still visit Dr. Chambi for various nerve issues, and how he seems to treat all his patients like family rather than just another number in a system, makes me sad that some people discredit him because of an older lawsuit that has nothing to do with the patients he sees today. This can be a huge contrast to many so-called top doctor offices where just reaching the front desk can be a challenge in and of itself. I also want to reiterate, as someone who underwent a simple scalene decompression microsurgery to relieve my hand grip issues from my TOS surgery in early 2023, that I still do not regret choosing that surgery over the internet-recommended option of a first rib removal. This was something that Dr. Chambi and my physical therapist strongly recommended against for me at the time, especially since I have a computer-based job. I was able to get hand relief and my grip back without destroying my body. I wish Dr. Chambi had more in-office hours beyond just Tuesday and Thursday, but that's a minor flaw compared to how he and his office have been incredibly helpful for all my nerve- and muscle-related issues, especially since I could call the office any day of the week.

This "doctor" killed my father by preforming unnecessary brain surgeries after he was diagnosed…read morewith thyroid cancer. During my dad's last procedure the "medical assistants" put the breathing tube in his stomach. They did not discover their mistake until several minutes past. My dad never woke up from the coma they put him in. His death was caused by Central Herniation of Brain and Anoxic Brain Damage (lack of oxygen to the brain)...not cancer. Dr. Chambi removed the power of attorney status from my sister and mother by deeming them too emotional to make rational decisions. He then told my uncles that the best thing for their brother was to remove him from life support as soon as possible and to cremate the body...therefore there would be no evidence of wrong doing. Dr. Chambi has been permitted to continue practicing at the hospital due to his ability to generate revenue. However, a search of his background reveals a troubling history. In 1999 and again in 2013, he was sued for fraud and medical malpractice after performing an unauthorized amputation on a patient seeking treatment for nerve pain. The lack of accountability for the harm he inflicts on his patients is outrageous. Please see the attached photo.
