Then on the way out Pengpeng kept arguing and at this point Ploy had to stop working on me because she wouldn't leave and the whole energy was beyond uncomfortable. I've never witnessed anything like it. To Pengpeng: Your immediate negative review showcases the level of your entitlement. I even suggested that we stop arguing and simply continue the massage, but she insisted on ending the session entirely. A massage should be a safe and relaxing environment where clients can comfortably communicate or ask questions. Instead, I left feeling stressed and honestly stunned by how hostile the interaction became over a simple question.
