Washer still has issues, but that could be because the purge motor is slightly damaged, BUT not his fault. I know if I asked he might be able to replace the motor, but he'd have to order the part, and for the most part the washer is just loud now. It still works. Good value, fast service. No complaints. -A.

A week after he fixed our washer, our dishwasher stopped draining, so Sean came out on a weekend, determined the issue, ordered the part and return within a couple of to fix it. Again, the bill was reasonable. If you have an appliance that is not working, before spending money on a new one - please call Sean. He will probably be able to fix it and save you time and money and prevent a fixable appliance from going to the landfill!

He explained that the original part they were looking for had been hard to get. And I explained the frustration of not being contacted about the status. Luckily he took another look at the washer and diagnosed a different issue and was able to have the machine fixed the next day. Wow. This company was recommended to me. Started out OK. The people were polite, the tech came on time and diagnosed the problem. He said I would get a call when the part came in. 2 weeks and nothing. I called and then was assured the part would be in 2 weeks later. Again - nothing. Made several calls to the company with no response. Is this how business is run? As an addendum to this review, I need to say I have now received my refund. Frankie said it was just an oversight, and apologized for the delay in receiving the refund. I am now satisfied.

I am submitting this complaint regarding the treatment of my elderly mother and the extremely poor…read morecustomer service we received from Mike's Appliances. I am very concerned that my elderly mother was treated unfairly and that an attempt was made to take advantage of her. During this situation, Mike made statements directly to us that were different from what he later reported to the company. When I contacted the company to address the matter and provide clarification, I was extremely disappointed by the way my concerns were handled. I specifically informed the representative that I have camera footage that supports what I am saying and provides evidence of the comments that were made. Despite this, the representative refused to acknowledge or seriously consider the evidence. Instead of listening to my concerns and reviewing the facts, she was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to properly address the situation. I called specifically to make a complaint and speak with a manager because I believe my mother deserves to be treated with honesty, respect, and fairness. It is unacceptable for an elderly customer to be treated this way, particularly when there is evidence available that could help establish what actually occurred. I am requesting that management take this complaint seriously, review the circumstances, and investigate the conflicting statements and the conduct of the employees involved. I am also prepared to provide the camera footage as evidence. I expect a response explaining how this matter will be addressed. I also expect my mother to be treated with dignity and respect throughout this process. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

While he was still here I asked why the dryer was so loud, he said because they're new parts it will take a couple weeks to adjust. He said he would place the order for the rollers and call me. A month goes by and nothing. I followed up 2 more times and he won't respond. Avoid this guy at all cost, not trustworthy, and will try to play the system for his gain.

Armando was amazing I had 2 other appliance companies come out... from my Warrenty insurance…read morecompany they both were terrible. Agent and they said if you get an appliance they will pay them. I looked up online and saw his appliance repair. Left a message to call me back.... I didn't a chance when Armando called me said he missed my call. Told him my issue .... He said I know your washer... I may have a pump in my van... send a picture of model number to make sure I'll bring it out tomorrow send me directions to your ranch. The next day he came out looked at the washer and said it's the pump. He was meticulous in taking the washer apart. Front seal of the door, top the top off ... then panel in front of the washer. Asked for a small pot to catch water from the pump. Then removed the old pump and installed the new one and put the washer back togeather . Turn it on and made it pumped water out. Armando was professional, prompt, he ssid i order the correct pump... There are pumps that are cheaper and they dont last for a few year then they brake down. He said he does the best repair , and if you have any other appliance that need repair... keep my phone number. I recommend him to anyone that needs to have any appliance repair. He said he has the same model and it's the best washer you could have. I was beginning to think that there were no appliance repair companies any longer. Armando is " Honesty repair " man of the year... Just amazing and so friendly... give him a call you will not regret giving him a call to service your appliances... He really made my wife happy ...
