Our home has been spared from numerous plumbing disasters thanks to Scott ( from busted pipes, water heater installation, to installing toilets and all new fixtures and valves in two bathrooms). Scott was very quick to answer my call and was here doing the repair within the hour. He is such a nice guy and is super affordable.

After having our water pressure decrease over a few weeks, we called the local water dept (IRWD) only to find the issue was somewhere on our end. We thought we isolated it to the water pressure regulator and after watching a few DIY videos on YouTube, we realized we needed professional help. I'll be honest, when I see 100% 5 star reviews, I get nervous that the person is giving discounts for reviews or is getting fake reviews added. However, in this situation, I used the Request a Quote option on Yelp and heard back from Scott in about five minutes. He asked some clarifying questions and confirmed it did sound like the regulator. He set an appointment for a couple days later and even offered to come sooner if he finished his previous job early the day before. When he arrived for the appointment, he was quick, efficient, and proved how knowledgable he was by answering all our questions. We will definitely hire Scott for any plumbing needs in the future. 10/10 would recommend! read more

Excellent, informative, helpful. Took the time to explain things about my new home and make solid recommendations. Called me back quickly and made an appointment, will use again and I highly recommend! read more

Scott was great - easy to set up an appointment a few days in advance. He showed up on time Saturday morning and gave me some great feedback on a few minor repairs around my place. He was practical and explained how I can take care of a few of the things myself. Would definitely recommend Scott, and use him in the future. read more

Contacted Scott, the owner of the company on Monday and was scbeduled for Friday. Scott responded to my voicemail within an hour and was very communicative. He quoted me via text one price and after repairing my Shower Faucet, his invoice stated $15 less. We found Scott on a list of recommended plumbers in our local FB group, and highly recommend him to anyone needing any plumbing work done. He was quick to schedule an appointment, on time and knowledgeable at a reasonable price. He even did a quick fix (at no charge) on our slow leaky sink while we went over the bucket list of items we needed fixed and/or upgraded. We will definitely use him again when we need more plumbing work! read more

If you want a good plumber, call Scott. Scott is prompt, responsive and trustworthy. The first experience I had with his service was over a month ago. My elderly mother had a leaky faucet. Her garbage disposal was also badly in need to be replaced. Scott came over as promised and even went to Lowes to pick out a different garbage disposal for her because the one she ordered was not a good brand. Scott also came to our house to replace two garbage disposals and two faucets two separate times over the last month. He confirmed his appointment via text and was very prompt. He did a good job. I would definitely call him again for any plumbing needs. read more

Scott is all around player with fair price and good old honesty. I was in search of plumber in my area and submitted quote request over the Yelp messenger to few plumbers and he was one of the first to respond. Scott is very responsive. I kindly asked him if he can come out and give me a ball park of how much it will cost and he gladly found time to come out to check my problems out. You know what? he offered me even lower price than what he initially quoted over the messenger saying this job will take less time than he anticipated. I later decided that I should change the whole kitchen faucet instead of trying to fixing it and he helped me fix drips on my bathroom faucet at no extra labor charge. Even though whole process took longer time due to getting parts under manufacturer's warrantee, he was always courteous and tried his best to accommodate my needs. Highly recommended! read more

Scott is one of the most reliable contractors I've ever met! He showed up when he said he would, texted me letting me know he was on his way and most of all was honest & his prices are very fair. I would highly recommend him, in fact we're having him come back to do some other plumbing work we are going to be doing with a remodel. read more

Great service from Scott and the price is right. Scott also takes the time to educate you on how to avoid certain issues! Isn't that great? That is potentially less work for him but man, because of his integrity and ethics, i am just pleased to call him back anytime i need something fixed or recommend him. read more

Scott was fantastic - came first time to assess without charge and trusted I would call him back for actual work which I did. Made some great recommendations and since I had a faucet and garbage disposal replaced at the same time, he gave me a great deal. Better than all others I had quoted. He was also on time as advertised, very helpful and pleasant. Thanks Scott! read more

If you are looking for an honest professional, courteous plumber at a reasonable price then look no further. This is the first 5 star review I've left for anyone but he deserves it. Master bathroom shower valve froze up on us. I have used the "smell good" guys in the past but felt they were too expensive. Looked on Yelp and found Scott Andrews had good reviews. He called me back within a day and scheduled the service visit. He showed up on time and made a courtesy call prior to let me know he would be on time. He was polite and friendly. He got right to work and fixed the problem in 30 minutes. Good work at a fair price. I would recommend him to all my friends. read more

Scott is awesome! Super reliable, great work, and cleans up after himself. I totally recommend him if you're looking for an honest plumber that does super clean work. He is reasonably priced and will tell you if you if something is needed or not. Its nice to finally have a plumber that isn't trying to just sell you something and is honest. He even left the extra parts for me instead of taking them and using them on another job. read more

Scott showed up on time. Prior to his arrival he gave a call and confirmed the appointment. All these don't take too much efforts but most of the vendors never bother themselves with them. The work was performed in professional manner. Scott didn't try to raise the price and fix more things than it was necessary. Bottom line, Scott performed high quality work, was polite and not pushy and proficient in his trade. I'd definitely use him again or recommend him to my friends. read more
