Sometimes you forget that dentist's are like, SUPER interesting people…read more It was my first time here and I came for a routine check in and cleaning. Right away, I was greeted with a great smile. The lady at the front desk was clearly busy, but that didn't stop her from being attentive and friendly. Lovely welcome desk. As soon as I'm called back, I'm greeted by another friendly smile ( I believe "Maria"), and she tells me that she will be the one taking care of my X-Rays and photos. She was eager to chat, and even gave me some really interesting insight into their new camera system. Another lovely person. I'm then greeted by the lady who will be doing my cleaning, as well as Dr. Amethyst Schlecht. Dr. Amethyst Schlecht is very well spoken and engaging. She had a knowledgeable answer for every question, and never made me feel uncomfortable. Her inspection was quick but thorough, and I walked away feeling like the visit was comprehensive. The female dentist who did my cleaning (I'm bad with names, sorry!) was extremely friendly and equally as knowledgeable. I hadn't been to the dentist in years, so she really needed to put some work into the cleaning. However, she managed to keep it comfortable and basically pain free--other than the usual tugging and poking that is necessary. I think my favorite part was how everyone seemed super happy and eager to share knowledge with me. Every question was met with an answer. I felt like I was talking to enthusiasts, not just bored people at a job they never wanted. Perfect first time experience. Looking forward to coming back in 6 months! Cheers

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a dentist office - good luck if you ever need to…read morereschedule of have a question. The hygienists are clearly not well-trained and seem rushed and careless. The dentist's themselves are dismissive, barely spending any time with you. It's obvious this place is only interested in your money, not your health. I wouldn't trust them with a cleaning, let alone anything more serious. Avoid at all costs.

I was charged $75 for an appointment that they asked me about while sitting in the dental chair. When I questioned it, I was met with a cold, dismissive, and borderline rude response(plenty of emails). No willingness to listen, no accountability -- just an inflexible attitude and a "policy is policy" tone. I wasn't a longtime patient, but I had considered becoming one. After this experience, I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone. If this is how they treat new patients -- especially a veteran -- I can only imagine what's in store long-term. There's a reason they're sitting at a 3.9. I should've taken that as a warning. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE!!!!

At this point I was almost 30 and never had a cavity! I came to Dr. Melgosa, and he told me I had the start of 1, not 9! He was honest, kind, and took great care of me. I've been coming back ever since! Yesterday I had my second filling ever! I didn't feel a thing. He made sure to explain every step, was gentle and took good care. He also had a great staff! Beautiful office, you can watch Netflix while they clean your teeth! This practice is well developed, has a great design and it's clear Dr. Melgosa takes pride in his business and his work. Thank you Dr. Melgosa!

One of the cleanest dental offices I've ever seen. They have lots of newer tech equipment. The workers at the front desk are super friendly. As you walk in, the hygienists and assistants comfort you and take care of you like family. I've had some bad experiences with some dentists from my childhood but this place is truly one of the best. They are very professional and knowledgeable. A recent filling procedure was done with so much care, I didn't feel a thing. They truly are the best at that they do. Thanks for making it a comfortable experience whenever I go there. The wife and kids love it as well. I think we've found our forever dentist. What pros!!

Once in the room, the assistant asked about my symptoms and updated my information. When the doctor arrived, they introduced themselves and asked some questions that went deeper into what was going on. I appreciated that they took the time to ask about my lifestyle and habits instead of just focusing on the issue alone. The discussion felt more like a conversation than an interview, which helped. They provided some recommendations based on what I shared, and talked through the pros and cons. It didn't feel rushed and I didn't feel like a number. There's always room for improvement in any office, but this visit left a positive impression on me and I'd likely return when needed.

He tried to explain that different teeth respond differently to dental work at different ages, because my another dental filling done many years ago never sensitive. But, I recently got fillings done in China and NONE of them are sensitive and painful. ALL the fillings done here were sensitive and painful! So, it is HIS fillings that are sensitive and painful but NOT I am sensitive to dental work! After his fillings, I have seen a couple dentists for pain and even flied 18 hours to the other side of the world to seek solutions. Jesus, nobody can stay calm with such annoying pain and sensitivity for over one year and a half, very likely two, three or more years. Well, I will definitely give them zero if can.

I seen one of the dentist here for a routine visit and ended up needing to get some dental work done. What was supposed to be a quick and easy fix. It ended up causing me extreme pain for weeks! Every few days I'd call the dentist and let them know my pain was not improving so they'd have me go in and they'd make adjustments and this happened about 4 times and the last time the dentist told me that I'd basically just have to wait it out. Ended up with pain and discomfort for 2 months.
