My hygienist was Kelly…read more When I first came in, Kelly was very welcoming, she remembered where I worked, and made small talk about work. It felt nice to know I had been remembered. My appointment was for 4pm and I am assuming I was probably Kelly's last patient. Despite it almost being closing time, Kelly was patient, thorough, and left my teeth feeling squeaky clean. I had some concerns about my permanent bonded retainer being loose and the other dentist told me it was fine. Kelly advocated for me and had Dr. S come check it out. Dr. S. Is the absolute best! She knew IMMEDIATELY that a piece of the glue was loose. She is very kind, remembers you, and genuinely cares about helping her patients. I may be picky but I ONLY ask to see Dr. S. Since I am interested in trying their version of Invisalign, Dr. S took her time explaining to process to me, Kelly walked me over to the other office and Cristina printed out a quote for me. Despite it being close to closing, everyone was so willing to help. Thanks for a great experience today.

The people at the front desk need to have a attitude check because as soon as I walked in they had bitter looks on their face and weren't very nice about the fact I didn't have the right insurance card. This oral surgeon does not take my insurance and Smith's office was not willing to help me find anyone else.
