The people at the front desk need to have a attitude check because as soon as I walked in they had bitter looks on their face and weren't very nice about the fact I didn't have the right insurance card. He even called me personally to ease my fears and assured me he could help me. The office staff worked with me regarding scheduling issues. All seemed well and above my expectations considering my past experiences with dental care. THEN, after assuring me he could handle my needs, Dr. Smith referred me to an expensive oral surgeon to do what Smith had told me HE could handle. This oral surgeon does not take my insurance and Smith's office was not willing to help me find anyone else. I don't have several thousands of dollars to spend on an oral surgeon, so I shall just leave everything as it is until I find a gentle dentist who deals with geriatrics. I do not recommend them. I no longer trust them at their word and trust is very important with a dentist. This is a bait and switch dentist, in my opinion.
