There is no privacy. The dental chairs are lined up with a small partition. You can see the patient In the area next to you and hear everything going on. No patient privacy the doctor is loud so you can hear about the next patients procedure in detail. Dr Fletcher is over the top loud and on the obnoxious side. Even the assistant gets embarrassed. He rushes in and out. All the time I went there he never remembered who I was from one visit to the next. He encourages procedures that are not necessary. And pushes for the most expensive. Don't expect them to follow-up on how you are. They never do. I would NOT recommend this dentist. read more

I am quite possibly the worst dental patient on record!! What can happen bad in dentistry, will happen to me! I work extremely hard to keep my teeth healthy, but my teeth are just not my strong point! Dr. Fletcher and staff are kind and caring. He finds the most effective and cost conscience ways to keep my teeth issues at bay. He has saved my smile so many times, I could cry about it! Although he has had to repair several pieces of "shoddy" work done by others, he NEVER is disrespectful or bad mouths the other dentists I have seen over the years. He always explains my options and takes time to check in on me. He asks me about my work, my life, and is extremely personable. He makes me laugh and his singing through the office always brings a smile to my face! Scheduling an appointment: Easy and fast! Office visit: The front staff was nice although they were approximately 15 min. late from. His office is very clean and very hip. Dr. Fletcher and his back office assistant (I sadly forgot her name) were absolutely amazing with my special needs daughter! My daughter doesn't like men but she did especially good with Dr. Fletcher. He even remembered a friends kids names years after their last visit! Wow!!! Prices & insurance authorization: I didn't need authorization but Dr. Fletcher was extremely generous with my daughters visit. Funniest and one of most confient dentist in town. Everything he performs has passion in it. He and his team interacts with patients as family. The office offers so much to the patients just so they are comfortable and make sure that they don't have to make too many visits. Patients come first so does their care and this office definitely make sure the patients get the comfort as well without paying an arm and a leg. Highly recommend this dental office I would even want to work here. He even does dental implants which is a huge huge blessing to most patience in his office. read more

they back office has great people and kids loved them! but the front office over charged and didn't want to work with our insurance. Asked why they would put an okay of something my insurance didn't cover and it was something that you don't really need. She just told me that they can't see what the insurance covers and doesn't cover. really?? its the 21st century I know you. I'm so impressed! I had tried twice at a different dentist office to get my 3 yr old's two cavities filled but she would not cooperate. I hated the idea of sedating her so I tried out Dr. Fletcher as a last ditch effort. Even though she was still not cooperative the assistant and Dr. Fletcher were able to get her into a good mood, they let her touch every tool before they used it and even let me stay in the room the whole time (which the other office didn't do). I think this made a huge difference and I'm so thankful he was able to do the fillings! Not to mention how likable and friendly Dr. Fletcher is with children! He had a sunshine (light), Minnie Mouse nose (mask), Bippity Boppity Boo wand (numbing gel), princess stars (fillings) and so many other fun names he used. Highly recommended! SO happy to have found Dr. Fletcher and his fabulous staff! After taking my kids to a couple of other dentists that were just okay, we will be staying with Dr. Fletcher for as long as possible. He is absolutely AMAZING with both my kids, but especially my special needs child. I went in today to get my permanent crown, even though this temporary crown totally could have stayed, because it fit so well and so nice in my mouth. Anyway, Dr Fletcher and Shelley made quick work of swapping out the temp and fitting the gorgeous new permanent crown. It fit perfectly! It looks and feels wonderful!
