Received the advert card in the mail $69. for check up and CLEANING. Filled out the paper work electronically a few days before. The office received all the insurance data etc... Get to the office first words out of their mouth, "You are out of network." YOU COULDN'T TELL ME THAT BEFORE I DROVE TO YOUR OFFICE?" No, of course not the advert is a hook to get customers in and often wastes our time. They try to sell their office dental plans--$400- $600 dollars. So, I said fine I'll just go with 69. dollar checkup and "routine" cleaning being offered ( no network status required). (Read ROUTINE as minimal cleaning). Then via the office manager the other office person went on to explain that I probably can't get the "routine" cleaning because that may not be GOOD FOR MY HEALTH. BUT, if I go through the, x-rays, count the teeth check the gums routine and THEN I will be offered a MORE COMPLETE CLEANING for X MORE dollars the additional cost which cannot be revealed until everything else is completed (hook 2 you manipulative SOBs). Finally, I just asked the question, "Can I get the services you advertised for the $69.00? "No. That could be bad for your health." Liars, false advertising, manipulation (of course, I really didn't understand what office lady was saying--Yea RIGHT!) Left office total waste of time!!!!!!!
