By evidence of the documentation this business set me they: applied incorrect secondary insurance claims and rolled my adult children's costs into my account. This business has all necessary information to determine my adult children have their own insurance and that my secondary insurance was not to be applied to their accounts as they are not covered under my insurance. * There is NO evidence you have sent a claim to my primary insurance; there is no record of payment by them. * They should have separated out each patient's account/billing and amount owed. * They should not have credited inappropriate accounts with my secondary insurance.

The office staff are very personable and do their jobs effectively. Dr. Hawkins does a very thorough initial exam and explains his findings in easy to understand terms. Treatment options are presented in a way that makes me feel that I have all the information to make wise choices. Dr Skasko was able to replace the old bonding, and balance the rest of my smile, which I didn't even know you could do with bonding. The work he and his team have done has been wonderful, and every experience I have had here, to include the front desk, has been perfect. The hygentists and assistants strike me as incredibly competent. Dr. Skasko runs on time and he was able to fit me in on an emergency basis to get a crown replaced before I left for vacation. I felt completely at ease in his chair and the process was without any pain at all. My husband goes to Dr. Skasko and also commented on what a painless experience it is. Also, Dr. Skasko made a cosmetic improvement to my husband's teeth so the little gap between his two front teeth was finally closed in time for our wedding :) Can't endorse this dental practice highly enough. My original hygienist no longer lives in Ohio, but she did recommend Jennifer at Morey Dental and I am happy every time I visit! Everyone in there is so nice, always smiling and always helpful. No one ignores you or turns their back to you if you're lost in the hallway or Waiting in the waiting room. They are more than happy to help you figure out your insurance coverage. Sometimes it does take a while to get in for an appointment so make sure you schedule ahead of time. I won't complain about that though because it means that they are great at their job! They have upgraded their x-ray machine, now they have a panoramic device to show all the way around the head. I think they're Top Notch and I refer everyone to them.!
