They all seem happy to be working at this office. I'm a woman and I prefer female dentists and hygienists and that is what they offer here. Anyone can go but this place just feels especially for the girlies. If you know, you know. I get my cleanings and checkups and I get masseter Botox done. I grind my teeth at night when I sleep and this has helped me stop without the need for a night guard. The prices are reasonable and they have an in house membership plan that I use. I've been to a lot of dentists but this is my dentist now and I'll be going here until the wheels fall off.

Solid Yelp reviews, super friendly when scheduling and I had no issues with my appointment. They even called and offered sooner dates when they were available. This was already a hundred times better than the few dental offices I worked with closer to home. Heck, before I even arrived I was already pleasantly surprised. Next, the office is absolutely beautiful. I loved the giant saltwater fish tank in the lobby and the jams they had playing were my favorite. I hadn't even opened my mouth yet and I was happy. My dental hygienist was super sweet, attentive, and informative. I especially liked how she walked me through my xrays tooth by tooth. I've never felt so informed. They had televisions to watch during cleanings but I opted for my favorite crime podcast and popped in my headphones. After my cleaning, we discussed my concerns and set a few plans in place to get what I want. My parents spent a lot of money on my smile when I was younger and I want to make sure to keep up with it. They're awful when it comes to billing. I needed a filling and cleaning, I walked out with an…read moreitemized list of things I needed and started asking questions. I started digging deeper to find out that they were billing random things without going over care or plan of action or what was being billed. One thing on the itemized list was listerine. Why bill that if I could refuse it and get it at the store? And then a few other things weren't even relevant to my care at all. When calling to cancel, who I was talking to got really snappy with me. I was already told in a previous call that it would be canceled. They didn't do it so I wasn't exactly happy about having to call again. When I told them, again, I wasn't happy about how I was billed she told me I could talk to a doctor. I said "it's okay I am going somewhere else." In which she replied "I think the doctors here know more than your sister who just works a front desk." I told her it was my SIL who is a dental hygienist and so she knows what she's talking about. In which her final response was, "fine, then you should go to her. Byeeeeee." And then hung up on me. Not professional, not someone who should be at the front desk talking to people. I'm now understand why the reviews here are garbage.

I purchased motto which is Aspens version of Invisalign. The bottom teeth were not straighten. The Motto states "If you don't love your results once treatment is finished, simply contact your doctor and you'll get up to two bonus sets of aligners to put the final touches on your smile." I was very happy with how knowledgeable the entire staff was - from teaching me about my dental health to insurance coverage. The office was clean and had some cool equipment that made my services easier than other dentists I've been to. I had all day and they were super flexible with fitting me in during canceled appointments to get x-rays, my exam, fillings, night guard scanning, and a cleaning! Today I arrived for an appointment I scheduled months ago for my daughter. Upon arrival I checked…read morein and they said I had no appointment, that they had tried to reach me but failing to do that they cancelled my daughter's appointment. I said I called at 9:00 on Oct 7th, 11 days ago to confirm the appointment and they did confirm it was for the time I had scheduled. Eleven days later I arrived and they said they could not see this call however my phone shows that the call lasted 2:30 min on Oct 7th. I had never consented to reschedule or cancel. They said they could reschedule but I told them I took my daughter out of school and 2 hours out of my day to be at the appointment I scheduled months ago. They again said they tried to call but were unable to reach me. I see no such call listed on my phone and, did I mention I called them and confirmed 11 days prior? This isn't even the first time they did this. They cancelled another appointment without my consent last summer. I've been a patient for less than a year and they did this twice? I've never had a dentist arbitrarily cancel your appointment without consent. Additionally, I called on 9/17 at noon to confirm the appointment. Nobody answered the phone. I left a message and nobody returned the call. Tried again on 9/19 at 6:33 AM. Left a message. No return call Tried again on 9/19 at 9.43 AM. Nobody answered the phone. Left a message. No return call Prior to this, I have driven 30 minutes to ask a question that took seconds to answer because nobody answers the phone and nobody returns a call. Again, I haven't even been a patient there for a year and have never seen such disregard for they patients time. \ Additionally, I was prescribed a procedure that cost me $3000. A friend of mine who goes there said they charged him over $10,000 for the work they did. Recently I red a review of another person that said they have a tendency to charge exorbitant fees for services and this seems to be confirmed by my own experience. Go somewhere else.
