My son had to have his adenoids removed just shy of turning 2 and between the battery of tests and probing in his mouth, he was not inclined to allow anyone to look in without a battle...brushing was done daily, but not always the easiest of tasks. At the first visit, Dr. Soult met with us in an office and just went over concerns I had, as well as, did a very quick & painless review of my sons teeth. It started pretty badly, but with Dr. Soult's patience and calm demeanor, he was able to check inside my sons mouth no problems thereafter. A similar scenario at his second 3 yr appt, but with his 4 yr bi-annual, the flossing and polishing took place with my son smiling, laughing, and even saying thank you! It was just wonderful to watch and made this mama bear very proud. My son now asks when he will be going to the dentist to get his teeth cleaned. Dr. Soult is amazing with children and has them participate with the whole examination and has made the cleaning very interactive, educational, and fun for those little ones. The hygienist are also very pleasant and do a fantastic job. I am elated that my insurance participates with this practice and will continue to take my son for as long as the practice is open. So glad I was able to start my son off on the right-foot and with this amazing dentist. I enthusiastically endorse this dentist and his practice. I hope the enthusiasm my son carries now about going to dentist continues for the rest of his life!

Everyone who worked there seemed very friendly especially all the ladies in the front. Dr. Richards did really well making my daughter smile immediately upon meeting by blowing bubbles towards her. She surprisingly stayed calm for her first teeth cleaning...it was either Dr.Richards goofiness or the episode of Bluey iPad above him. I am very impressed with them taking her picture of her first appointment and giving me a copy. Such a cute keepsake! I can't say enough good things about this place! I wish adult dentist offices were like this!

Called this office for my 4 year old daughter's first visit/cleaning and the front desk offered a…read morecanceled appointment for the following day, I gladly accepted. We walked into the most beautiful office, clean, inviting, and child centered. They have the cutest trees house in the waiting area. The front desk staff were courteous, since I had taken care of the paperwork beforehand there was no wait time for processing. We were taken to back by Molly, the dental hygienist and she was so wonderful with my 4 year old. She walked her through each step of the process, no surprises. After her cleaning we met Dr. Joel, he came in blasting bubbles which was super fun! He did his assessment of girlies teeth and we talked about good oral hygiene and methods to keep cavities away. Overall, such a great experience both for me and my kiddo. We both are looking forward to her next visit! I highly recommend this office of you are like me nervous about your kids first experience with a dentist. This office has sweet staff and a wonderful DR.

I get to the Appt (early) because I respect people's time and appreciate when mine is respected. When I walked in there were approximately 12 ppl in the waiting room. I wasn't greeted upon arriving st the front window, I told them I had a 10A Appt and was told to sign in. I asked how long the wait would be and they looked around the waiting room and shrugged. I THIS WAS THE DENTIST HERSELF! I walked out pissed! An unprofessional mess! If you value your time, don't even waste it. The previously Dentists and their team were lovely we went there for years. To their "oh, you need to have the bill paid in full before we will remove the braces" to "oh, we won't schedule another appointment until you make another payment." I've listened to them chew people out in their waiting room, just over all extremely rude and inconsiderate. Take your children elsewhere.

I was sick at my last appointment and when I called to rescheduled my appointment, Martha told me it was going to 2 months to set up my teeth clean and exam. I told her that was ridiculous. Then I told her I was having problems with my gums and she said " we can see you for your gums but you can't get your cleaning". I told her to forget it i was switching dentist! This is horrible customer service for an existing patient. I think this practice needs to hire a full time hygienist.

Dr. Sophie is in incredible dentist. I've taken all of my children here for over 5 years and only…read morerecently ran into an issue. Despite her not taking our insurance anymore we were going to be paying out of pocket for XRays, an Extraction, AND Nitrous oxide which would total up to more than $600 in cash. This was no problem for us despite the large amount because we strongly believe in paying for good care. While on the phone the office manager Carol began laughing at my disabled children being sick and barred us from the practice we've been going to for YEARS. This is in the midst of my daughter is having a dental emergency. Why were we barred? We were 15 minutes late due to our disbaled children having a virus, us visitng a Doctor first, and trying to reschedule to ensure the safety of everyone else. Carol's behavior on the phone was nothing short of disturbing and disgusting and I will be filing a complaint with multiple agencies as a result. Edited to add: Carol was laughing about this over the phone before attempting to tell us what she *believes* Dr. Sophie would say. And finally, the crown Dr. Sophie installed failed by cracking in half while my daughter ate a slim jim. This is the only cause of the dental emergency; failed dental work.

And if it's too much for you and your staff (as you said you're fresher in the morning and can't deal with this in the afternoon) then perhaps you and or your staff need to be in a different line of work. I was very calm, didn't say anything really there...but then when the encounter is questioned in an email you send a certified letter terminating the doctor/patient relationship? How inappropriate and unprofessional. Don't worry---we had already started looking for a new dentist.

This is a GREAT dental office!!! I was working at Walmart and a guy came in every other day and had…read morethe nicest teeth I had ever seen. I commented on that and he replied, "Thank you. these teeth are dentures". I automatically asked who his dentist was and he told me that it was Dr Hagee on Lockbourne road. I made note of that. Several years go by and I told a man at our church that he had some nice teeth. He replied, "Look real, don't they!" I then said, "Did you get them from Dr Hagee on Lockbourne Road?" He said, "How did you know that?!? So I finally went to Dr Hagee's office and this is my review: The staff was great and tremendiously helped me get my insurance to cover me. Any time I called I was greeted with a friendly voice that took time to listen. And now that I need dentures they are patiently assisting me in the steps I have to take. Dr Hagee is a fantastic dentist; the best I have ever had!!! The only reason I am giving them 5 stars is because they do not have 100 stars. I am very grateful for the dentist and his staff
