One evening, a tooth spacer broke in my daughter's mouth so I called the after hours line. Dr. Nicole had me take a picture and text it to her so she could see what was going on. Since there was no pain, she didn't need immediate attention and so she was able to get her in the next morning to fix it. I've always felt like Dr. Nicole actually cares about the well-being of my daughter and I am very glad we found this practice.

I am very impressed with them taking her picture of her first appointment and giving me a copy. Such a cute keepsake! I can't say enough good things about this place! Everyone was really good about explaining everything to me and making sure I understood what was going on. The dentist even spent an impressive amount of time with me which I was surprised about. At previous dentist offices I have attended, the technician would take the x-rays, do the cleaning and polishing then review everything with the dentist. At this office, the technician did my x-rays then the dentist did everything else. It felt a little odd, but I also felt like I was getting her honest opinion and attention. I would recommend this location!

Dr. Fisher takes a proactive and pragmatic approach to dental care, stressing upkeep and proper hygiene along with diligent observation to keep your original teeth with you as long as reasonable. Her justification, which I believe is of substantial merit, is that there simply is no surrogate for the teeth you were given. From that point, however, should advanced care be required, this practice uses the latest technology and solutions to help you fix issues, relieve pain, and remain healthy. The staff are professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and most importantly kind. Scheduling appointments is never an issue, and emergencies are handled with immediate action and care when applicable. And, when specialist care is required, they make apt recommendations and help you connect with the help you need. They have cared for my teeth from nearly age 27 to age 37, and I credit that I still have most of my mouth in original condition due to their efforts (and, frankly, in spite of my own). I cannot emphasize this practice enough. I consider them family. Please send your children, friends, loved ones, and yourself here with confidence. They will have proper dental care for life. For life.

My sister reminded me of Westerville Dental so I gave them a ring and had a very similar experience. I was able to get scheduled that same week and the staff was incredibly friendly.
