The experience was...fine. Nothing in particular was negative about it, but nothing was great either. She's two now, and when it came time to schedule her first cleaning I decided to try somewhere new. From the second we walked into this facility we knew it was different. My daughter was captivated by the ocean theme, loved it! Every member of the staff was exceptional, they truly know how to work with children. They showed her every tool, let her touch them and engage, and they talked to her and not above her. We left that day feeling so encouraged. This past weekend my daughter fell and broke her other front tooth. We were brought in quickly and Dr. Pagé was kind, patient, compassionate and thorough. An extraction was needed and although that situation isn't easy for anyone, we genuinely knew my daughter was in great hands. We are so thankful for this office and every member of its team.

I had a routine filling, and after the dentist drilled it, the hygienist did the filling. Which I didn't even know what allowed. The filling didn't cure right, it turned grey, and they had to redo it. When they went to redo it, they caused an infection. So I had to get a root canal on a routine cavity that they messed up. If you have anxiety about going to the dentist, they will only make it worse. They don't care if your bleeding or in pain, and they are very rough with their cleanings. They also had the audacity of billing me for a filling they messed up twice and left infected. There are much better dentists around, for a more fair price!

I was looking for a new dentist and found Dublin Metro through my insurance site. My first visit…read morewent very well, they were extremely thorough and concerned with my comfort. They informed me that they wanted to fill a couple of teeth. I returned a week later for my fillings which I am not sure were actually necessary. However, once the Dr. gave me numbing shots and drilled the areas that required fillings, she then left, and a different person took over. She completed the fillings, which seemed to take forever, and was smoothing them I guess, using a drill with some sort of attachment. In the process apparently took some skin off of the roof of my mouth which is now so sore I cannot tolerate wearing my partial.
