I was looking for a new dentist and found Dublin Metro through my insurance site. My first visit went very well, they were extremely thorough and concerned with my comfort. They informed me that they wanted to fill a couple of teeth. I returned a week later for my fillings which I am not sure were actually necessary. However, once the Dr. gave me numbing shots and drilled the areas that required fillings, she then left, and a different person took over. She completed the fillings, which seemed to take forever, and was smoothing them I guess, using a drill with some sort of attachment. In the process apparently took some skin off of the roof of my mouth which is now so sore I cannot tolerate wearing my partial. UPDATE: they were unable to pull his tooth, so they want to send him to a specialist!! What's so different this time?!! My husband had an appointment this morning (4/7/23) at 8 am to get a tooth pulled and when he arrived for his appointment, the receptionist told him that they don't take his insurance and he would have to pay $99 out of pocket to get his tooth pulled. He said NO and left. When he got home, he called his insurance company and they had to call the dentist office, because they are in network and my husband's cost is ZERO! Question: who is training the front desk people?!! It's been 2 years since my husband has been to this dentist office and I see nothing has changed!! Still taking advantage of Senior citizens! After talking to the insurance company, they rescheduled his appointment for noon, today!! I am a new patient and I dread going to the dentist. With this fear I was not really expecting that positive of an experience. I have been to the office for 2 appointments now and I am so glad that I am apart of this practice. There was a hiccup in the beginning, but they rebounded with ease and I appreciate the recovery effort. My anxiety is unmatched when it come to procedures and I was set for an extraction for my second visit. I just knew I wasn't going to be able to handle it, but the staff is amazing and made sure I was comfortable and handled me with care. I have now even told my mom about them and she is thinking of setting up an appointment. I am due back at the end of the month and I have no doubt that my experience with match the others. Until I met this group of dental workers. I was in the market for a new dentist, and thanks to Yelp, found this company. It was a breeze to schedule an appointment and the new patient forms are done online (yay for a company being in the year 2020!) so it was easy to get in. Every person in this office is super friendly. I dealt with a number of people in my 1 visit and everyone was just fantastic, had a smile on, happy to be there. I had to have a few things done but they definitely set my nerves at ease and made sure I was OK. My comfort was their #1 priority and let me tell you, that doesn't go unnoticed. Helped me with a referral so that I could get my wisdom teeth removed. Which is good...Great Invisalign results, I was already interested in Invisalign before coming here, but they definitely try to push you to get Invisalign sooner than later. As for dental treatment, I was not provided with all options in order to save money...recommended sealants, which my current dentist said is not recommended for adults. I went in here for a regular dental cleaning (covered by my insurance) today. Dr. Khyati Patel is very Rude & terrible bedside manner. She recommended few things (an out of pocket deep cleaning & gum care) that I told her I am a student and cannot afford it. She keep pushing me to got angry and gave me attitude. I feel pity for her that going through dental school did not train her to be a professional doctor that help patient. She does not think from patient perspective, instead, she invalidated patient comments about cannot afford out-of-pocket service. Ms. Shilpa (insurance coordinator) is very pushy and help the doctor to keep pushing me to pay for the out of pocket service even I was very clear to her that I am just here today for a insurance covered regular cleaning. This place try really hard to get you to pay for things and when you refuse it, they gave you attitude and rude. It is a very unprofessional dental practice and patient should not be treated badly when they only want insurance covered cleaning. read more

I had a crown done by Dr Sadenini, because of insurance I needed to switch dentists and about 6 months later my new dentist said that the crown done was no good and would need replaced. As I thought she was a professional, I went back to her to correct the work. She was very agressive and annoyed and used scare tactics to say her work was perfect and 90% I would have a root canal if it was touched again (I got several other opinions all of which said replace the crown). I went ahead with the replacement, she did do the replacement but was very annoyed and quick with it - during that procedure she injured my gums and left me with considerable pain. I wound up having to have ANOTHER dentist replace the crown. 9 months later the new crown is in great shape (and did not need the root canal) while I am still dealing and trying to figure out the gum pain she left me with to the point I'm questioning if something was done purposely. read more

I came here for a filling and I was very impressed with the service and atmosphere the dental office. However, my only issue is that they seem to operate like a business rather than a dental office. They were constantly trying to sell me the most expensive and unnecessary things. I was always told by dentists I had straight teeth. Yet they tried to sell me Invisalign. The lady I spoke to was really trying to sell it hard. Not only that but they also tried selling me night guard. Most other dentists would tell you options even if it doesn't make them money but they instead didn't mention cheaper options and attempt to sell you every possible thing they can. read more

I just went here as a new patient and the process was seamless. The patient paperwork was all on a computer (finally!) and immediately transferred back to the hygienist and dentist. They were able to do full x-rays, photos, and a cleaning in exactly an hour - so I appreciated their efficiencies. This is a very comfortable clean dental office. The staff are all especially polite and friendly. Doctors Sahdinini has hands of gold. She kept me pretty relaxed for being so extremely nervous, the anesthetic was given to me incredibly seamless and I didn't feel nearly any type of pain that I was expecting with that to my surprise . I found this dentist a couple years ago, after not having a general dentist for quite some time. The front office and the dental hygienists were all very friendly and professional. My problem lies with the actual dentist and how she seems to pressure you to have every filling done the same day. On 2 occasions I had multiple fillings done on both sides of my mouth and I required numerous return visits to file down my bite and adjust the fillings. I had 2 fillings on two teeth fall out and had to have those refilled and one tooth I had a filling fall out twice. Well fast forward to that filling falling out for a third time and I switched dentists. My new dentist has been repairing the horrible dental work that I received at Metro. I had some teeth that had such shallow fillings, my current dentist said she had a hard time believing there was ever a true cavity there to begin with. Also, the night guard I paid a lot of money for was nothing more than an athletic mouth guard and caused both canines to be filed down. I have spoken with other people over the past year who have all said they experienced the same type of issues with Metro. I also later found out that they give out gift cards to Starbucks if you leave a positive review online. I really wish I would have known how people really thought before I bothered wasting serval years of dental care with them. I came here for a cleaning and I will not come back. The cleaning itself was fine, the staff was nice enough, but the last part of the cleaning is the flossing. And the hygienist was Very rough. I felt something on my bottom front tooth and she cut me because she was so rough. Her gloves irritated my face while she was doing it because she was so rough and possibly hurried. She was nice, but I definitely will not come here again. Also, I came here because of the reviews, but they offer gift cards if you review them, so I don't really trust that. People are reviewing because they want a Starbucks gift card, not because they want to review them. I did tell the dentist that the hygienist was rough and she said, 'Oh really.' Because of my fear of Dentist I have put off much needed dental work. Because of pain I had to break down and find a dentist I found Dublin Metro Dental on my Insurance website. My first appointment was great. The hygienist did a great job of calming my nerves. I was told I needed a root canal so I made the appointment. I showed up so nervous and scared. But they made me very comfortable and I got through it with no pain or problems!!! Now I am recommending my husband do the same. I have visited Dr Aparna Sadineni for my teeth cleaning, after taking xrays, she came up with expensive treatment plans and she did not tell us that why deep cleaning is required. She was in hurry to get the money and forced us to accept. After two months of deep cleaning , my gums were swollen and heavy pain. One important thing is, she will not stick to the rate plan she has explained, rather she will make insurance companies to accept high rates and based on that she will send high balance due bill. Please avoid visiting her. She is cheating people with her poor skills. I think she is not the same as she posted in one on of the website. read more
