I started digging deeper to find out that they were billing random things without going over care or plan of action or what was being billed. One thing on the itemized list was listerine. Why bill that if I could refuse it and get it at the store? And then a few other things weren't even relevant to my care at all. They didn't do it so I wasn't exactly happy about having to call again. When I told them, again, I wasn't happy about how I was billed she told me I could talk to a doctor. I said "it's okay I am going somewhere else." In which she replied "I think the doctors here know more than your sister who just works a front desk."
