I went in scared to death that a small growth in my mouth was cancerous. When I went in they could…read moretell I was very nervous and upset but they were all gentle and comforting. Dr. Terry Olejko came in to take a look and stated what he thought it was which would not be cancerous. He then asked if I would like for them to do a biopsy since I was already in the office. Sure! I was taken into another room and the whole thing took less than 10 mins. The staff is amazing with comfort and care. They explained the insurance part and I was able to go back to work. They called me to make sure I was doing ok and advised if I had any issues with the sutures or the site of biopsy, to give them a call. They called 3 days later and stated it was confirmed by OSU that it was exactly what the Dr Olejko thought it was.....not cancerous! What a huge relief. I would recommend him to anyone needing teeth pulled or any other oral health issues beyond a dentist.

It was pointed directly at my left eye. Overall, just a really bad impression. Later, when I called 24 hours in advance because I had to cancel an appointment... I was billed a $25 "broken appointment fee" - despite providing the advanced notice. The explanation, which you will not find by ANY search of the website... was that they *really*needed 48 hours. Okay. Noted. I will not be going there again. The people are nice I'm sure, but it's not a very professional organization. Doesn't inspire confidence at all. Not recommended.

Solid Yelp reviews, super friendly when scheduling and I had no issues with my appointment. They even called and offered sooner dates when they were available. This was already a hundred times better than the few dental offices I worked with closer to home. Heck, before I even arrived I was already pleasantly surprised. Next, the office is absolutely beautiful. I loved the giant saltwater fish tank in the lobby and the jams they had playing were my favorite. I hadn't even opened my mouth yet and I was happy. My dental hygienist was super sweet, attentive, and informative. I especially liked how she walked me through my xrays tooth by tooth. I've never felt so informed. They had televisions to watch during cleanings but I opted for my favorite crime podcast and popped in my headphones. After my cleaning, we discussed my concerns and set a few plans in place to get what I want. My parents spent a lot of money on my smile when I was younger and I want to make sure to keep up with it. HORRIBLE.... Stay away!!!!…read more I've attached photos to show how horrible this dentist is. I saw this dentist for ten years, thousands of dollars. I had a chip in my front tooth for years that was less than 1/16th" and Dr Dugas cut off more than half of my front tooth to fix it (see pics). He then painfully tried to match the color and was unable. I went back for a second three hour procedure and the color was unbelievably wrong again. After he saw how bad the color match was, and offered to repair it. After Dr Dugas offered to repair the damage he caused, I went back the office for the third time and was told the repair would be another $1300. Please do NOT GO TO THIS DENTIS!!! I tried to have the damage repaired by another dentist and was told it's permanent and cannot be fixed. The only reason for the five stars is the dental hygienists that work there. The actual dental work ruined my smile for life. Please pick any other dentist. I have recommended this dentist to many people, and hope they didn't have the same horrible experience I did.

Molly and Dr. Wong made me feel at ease and answered all my questions during my new patient appointment this morning. The environment was sleek, yet comforting, and has a great vibe for being a dentists' office. If you have ever felt anxiety or frustration with past dentists, give this practice a shot. I'm glad I did.
