They were great about explaining my options and pricing up front before starting any work. For someone who has major anxiety visiting the dentist I felt very much at ease here. The dentist and her assistant made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The pricing with my insurance was a lot less than I've experienced elsewhere. Wish I could make this my regular dentist. Who knows maybe I'll drive across the US twice a year just to come in for a check up. I highly recommend this place.

I finally went in and talked to someone (waiting until the ONE day of the week the right person was there) and they dug in on their fraud and refused to correct their false insurance claims - once they have the money, integrity goes out the window. This was all after delay, delay, delay on the treatment so they could keep billing insurance without actually doing the work before I finally left for a legitimate dentist. Insurance company sided with me and will be getting their money from this illegitimate office one way or another.

I went in to…read morehave a single filling repaired and, while under the numbing agent, significant extra, purely cosmetic work, that I had in no way requested, was done to "fix" what she had taken upon herself to decide needed to be altered, such as very minor chips and round teeth. It was very distressing for me to have my appearance altered without my consent and to see that my teeth had been made much larger and more square than what I was comfortable with. At my request, they were fixed to have a more natural look that I could live with; however, I was still forced to pay about 7x more than what I would have had only the procedure I had agreed to been done. I attempted to work with them to remedy the situation, but they were unwilling to remove even a small amount of the extra charges that I would personally have to pay, despite already having received hundreds more than they should have been paid from both myself and my insurance. My experience with Veritas Dental has greatly injured my trust in dentists, and you should go elsewhere if you want to avoid being used for money.

I had a chip in my front tooth for years that was less than 1/16th" and Dr Dugas cut off more than half of my front tooth to fix it (see pics). He then painfully tried to match the color and was unable. I went back for a second three hour procedure and the color was unbelievably wrong again. After he saw how bad the color match was, and offered to repair it. After Dr Dugas offered to repair the damage he caused, I went back the office for the third time and was told the repair would be another $1300. Please do NOT GO TO THIS DENTIS!!! I tried to have the damage repaired by another dentist and was told it's permanent and cannot be fixed. The only reason for the five stars is the dental hygienists that work there. The actual dental work ruined my smile for life. Please pick any other dentist. I have recommended this dentist to many people, and hope they didn't have the same horrible experience I did.

I really admired how he always remembered details about me and my life and always enjoyed making conversation with him. Years ago, I chipped my two front teeth after falling on my face and Dr. Khan worked with a specialist to restore my teeth through a root canal treatment and gave me crowns to replace the teeth I had chipped. Dr. Khan allowed me the opportunity to shadow him over the summer and I could see how much he truly cared for each of his patients and how he was able to complete so many different types of procedures! Dr. Khan works quickly, but not at the expense of treating his patients like real people. He ensures that Polaris Dental Care is a comfortable and warm environment where patients feel like family. They all seem happy to be working at this office. I'm a woman and I prefer female dentists and hygienists and that is what they offer here. Anyone can go but this place just feels especially for the girlies. If you know, you know. I get my cleanings and checkups and I get masseter Botox done. I grind my teeth at night when I sleep and this has helped me stop without the need for a night guard. The prices are reasonable and they have an in house membership plan that I use. I've been to a lot of dentists but this is my dentist now and I'll be going here until the wheels fall off.
