Best dentist I have ever been to. I have recommended many friends, family and coworkers there, and everyone has been happy with their care.

I went to North Star during their Veterans Day. They offered free cleaning, Xray and filling which…read morewas extremely valuable to me since it's been some years coming to a dentist due to insurance. After receiving 2 filling due to cavities I was in serious pain but was told it should go away in a few days. 2 weeks later I'm still waking up in extreme pain and discomfort. We made another appointment and came in to talk about doing more work on my teeth but they don't accept my insurance. But I was glad to pay out of pocket and told them. That was the whole reason we came here because they told us to come in for a consultation. I was then told by that they could not accept me because if the government found out that they did work on me they could get in to trouble. Wait! What!? Now remember I'm deaf but my hearing girlfriend was there to interpret for me and we both sat there in shock about this information. My insurance is not Medicare or Medicaid. But I am being turned away for a reason I still can't wrap my head around. Because we were told they would get in trouble by the government if they found out North Star did work on me. Right before we left the agreed to at least look at the tooth that was causing me so much pain. I will say they were very helpful in trying to find me a dentist that might accept my insurance. As well as a specialist to perform a root canal. We did appreciate them at least for genuinely being helpful in that regard. I walked away sad because this was the place I honestly felt at peace with and wanted this to be my go to dentist.

I see Dr. O, and not only is she incredibly helpful, but I genuinely enjoy our conversations. The entire staff is welcoming and knowledgable. I always leave feeling great about my experience. Highly recommend!

Dugas Dental - Lewis Center - Obvious color wrong. Dental in Lewis Center chopped off my front tooth and horribly replaced it.

HORRIBLE.... Stay away!!!!…read more I've attached photos to show how horrible this dentist is. I saw this dentist for ten years, thousands of dollars. I had a chip in my front tooth for years that was less than 1/16th" and Dr Dugas cut off more than half of my front tooth to fix it (see pics). He then painfully tried to match the color and was unable. I went back for a second three hour procedure and the color was unbelievably wrong again. After he saw how bad the color match was, and offered to repair it. After Dr Dugas offered to repair the damage he caused, I went back the office for the third time and was told the repair would be another $1300. Please do NOT GO TO THIS DENTIS!!! I tried to have the damage repaired by another dentist and was told it's permanent and cannot be fixed. The only reason for the five stars is the dental hygienists that work there. The actual dental work ruined my smile for life. Please pick any other dentist. I have recommended this dentist to many people, and hope they didn't have the same horrible experience I did.

I'm pretty sure I just met my forever dentist…read more Long story short, I have major trust issues with dentists (refer to my review of Dentalworks Polaris, please!) Molly and Dr. Wong made me feel at ease and answered all my questions during my new patient appointment this morning. The environment was sleek, yet comforting, and has a great vibe for being a dentists' office. If you have ever felt anxiety or frustration with past dentists, give this practice a shot. I'm glad I did.

The wonderful peoples at this office saved the day again!! I am new to the area and had a bridge…read morecome lose about 2 months ago...then just the other day I had a crown pop off. I have had 4 appointments with this dentist, and I have some mixed reviews, this location for me…read morewas like having a brand new escalade with a engine, but needs some new tires, and sparkplugs. I came on my first visit I was completely impressed by the atmosphere, they even have charges for your cell phone if you need it. I sat down in the lady kept asking me if I have insurance, I informed her that I did but she keep asking as if she didn't believe me. Then Kelly took very through x-rays and she knows how to put you at ease as if you are at Disney world. The people here are great, but some rough patches with communication. It was discovered that I needed a lot of work done, including a root canal, which I feared would be the case. So I set an appointment to get this done, but I set an earlier appointment to get the crown done, so that I wouldn't lose the filling I had from A previous time. So when I can to the appointment, the lady said okay, I understand we are doing a root canal, and clean the left side of your mouth. and was confused because I was there for something completely different, I think one of the things that should be done is have something written out which plan of action is being taken at each appointment, so their is no confusion, especially in cases when their is a lot of work to be done. They made it work with my insurance, that is the thing that I am most grateful about this place, Dr Papp is legendary, I have a maybe a handful of dentist in my life, and from my experience, he is truly, a cut above the rest. when I went to my 4th appointment, the root canal that final got done, was a supper-smooth process, he dialogs great with customers, and he is world class. If you get a choice I would go With "big papa!" That's what I call him in my head. This location doesn't discuss preventive care much with patients, so it is important to make sure you ask them, to keep the work they do intact. If you make an appointment, they will not leave you in the dark, the with email you and text you often to remind you, so they have great follow-up, But If you can't make an appointment let them know because they have a big customer base They bake cookies fresh every day so they definitely make an effort, to make a great atmosphere, But just a few things to work out.

Such a great dentist! My husband had some dental problems that we were told by previous dentist…read morecouldn't be fixed, Dr.Trinh was so kind and reassuring when we expressed our concerns. So grateful that she took her time to find the best way to provide care and help keep things affordable. I now take my step son here and will be taking my daughter when she's old enough. The office waiting room is super cute and welcoming! They have a tvs in each room that definitely help take the edge off the anxiety that comes with going to the dentist. Highly recommend this office!

It was very distressing for me to have my appearance altered without my consent and to see that my teeth had been made much larger and more square than what I was comfortable with. At my request, they were fixed to have a more natural look that I could live with; however, I was still forced to pay about 7x more than what I would have had only the procedure I had agreed to been done. I attempted to work with them to remedy the situation, but they were unwilling to remove even a small amount of the extra charges that I would personally have to pay, despite already having received hundreds more than they should have been paid from both myself and my insurance. My experience with Veritas Dental has greatly injured my trust in dentists, and you should go elsewhere if you want to avoid being used for money.
