But the woman at the front desk who I called on the phone was SO happy to help me, she made me feel so welcome and so extremely prioritized, that I actually felt EXCITED to get go in to the dentist, & by chance was able to get me in very quickly, she really took her time and put me on hold to invest help into figuring out this tooth crisis, without EVER making me feel like I was a burden, or annoying, I felt like a person! a valuable patient in need! That was very valuable and important to me, I felt seen, and I knew right away that I could trust them to care for my teeth correctly... I immediately took an Uber over to Reynoldsburg Dental Center, (from the dental center down the way that I was currently at, who made me feel like a burden and unwelcome) so, needless to say I was SO happy I found reynoldsburg dental! Especially, because I had a broken tooth come up with sudden sharp pain and needed it pulled ASAP! I was SO confident walking up to reynoldsburg dental, even though I hadn't seen it inside, I could tell who they were, honest people who want to help; well, my expectations did NOT fail me, upon walking inside, the atmosphere is so comfortable that you feel like you're at home!wonderful music, lovely books available, and extremely nice people, this is DEFINITELY the place you are looking for if you've ever had an uncomfortable or bad experience at another dental office and you want to change that! I really admired how he always remembered details about me and my life and always enjoyed making conversation with him. Years ago, I chipped my two front teeth after falling on my face and Dr. Khan worked with a specialist to restore my teeth through a root canal treatment and gave me crowns to replace the teeth I had chipped. Dr. Khan allowed me the opportunity to shadow him over the summer and I could see how much he truly cared for each of his patients and how he was able to complete so many different types of procedures! However, Dr. Ferguson is so skilled and kind, that the experience was fine for me without the nitrous oxide. He knew I was anxious, and told me every step of the way what he was doing and about how far along we were. I had absolutely no pain either time. Both times the process was completed and new crown installed within about 2 hours. He also uses a special camera to create the new crown, so no goopy molds inside your mouth at all. I'm grateful and hope to continue seeing Dr. Ferguson for my dental needs.

After receiving 2 filling due to cavities I was in serious pain but was told it should go away in a few days. 2 weeks later I'm still waking up in extreme pain and discomfort. We made another appointment and came in to talk about doing more work on my teeth but they don't accept my insurance. But I was glad to pay out of pocket and told them. That was the whole reason we came here because they told us to come in for a consultation. I was then told by that they could not accept me because if the government found out that they did work on me they could get in to trouble. Wait! What!? Now remember I'm deaf but my hearing girlfriend was there to interpret for me and we both sat there in shock about this information. My insurance is not Medicare or Medicaid. But I am being turned away for a reason I still can't wrap my head around. Because we were told they would get in trouble by the government if they found out North Star did work on me. Right before we left the agreed to at least look at the tooth that was causing me so much pain. I will say they were very helpful in trying to find me a dentist that might accept my insurance. As well as a specialist to perform a root canal. We did appreciate them at least for genuinely being helpful in that regard. I walked away sad because this was the place I honestly felt at peace with and wanted this to be my go to dentist.

I work in the Dental field that's not common; it is indicative of subpar work. They once told myndaughter that her teeth are hard to floss because the fillings they did are so big. Just in the office twice in the last 6 months, once complaining of pain in the area where they performed a root canal and they said they didn't see anything wrong but all of a sudden just yesterday my child needs a root canal of the tooth behind the previous one. Dr. Rosenthal must've gotten offended that I had questions about how this could be since we were just there with concerns about the area because the next day the office manager calls and dimisses us from the practice. Are you kidding me?????? Way too far from our home. Horribly inconvenient but my husband pushed through. They removed my husband's braces. They never put a permanent retainer on his top teeth. My orthodontist whose office is in Bexley says that's a no no for someone who had as much correction as my husband. Welp no top retainer. They put on a bottom retainer. My husband's bottom row of teeth is beginning to fold inward. I'm not even sure how this would happen. They are shaping up to be worse than before. Needless to say he will have to once again get braces. Maybe this time he'll listen and use a private practice versus ​​a chain location.
