Been my dentist location for years. They do take care of you and are friendly. Recently had my teeth cleaned and got a bill. I called them and was told theyre not in my network and havent been for awhile although i was never told. Billing communications are not good. I was told by my Ins they were in network but found it was only under one dentist who doesnt work there anymore. Before using them, clarify your coverage. read more

I was with Elements Dental for a couple years. Every visit they found another problem and x-rayed every visit without asking, or looking to see if I needed one. They worked on teeth that did not hurt. When the procedure failed, I was told it was in my head, so I walked around with a tooth ache for almost a year. My last event cost me $8,600 to repair at another specialist dental office. They let unskilled, young dentists do procedures that they are not qualitied to do. I don't want to be the guinea pig any longer, nor do I want to put unnecessary money into someone else's pocket. read more

Hello , After the three year Covid lockdowns I developed a serious dental problem. The convenance of being open Sunday for scheduling a real plus . The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly it's like precision clockwork. Dr Louisa said years ago a dentist used silver fillings , this was the cause . Fortunately no jaw bone damage. Elements Dental is horrible. My father has been shared and embarrassed by the rude staff. He spent 3300 for dentures and still ain't recorded anything ..not even a call back. My dad has been without teeth for almost a year and half bc of this horrible, unprofessional staff. He is embarrassed to leave his home bc of his missing teeth. My family and I have been customers of Elements since 2014. I trusted them. Our prior dentist retired and we had always had favorable reports during our tenure with him. We have been going to Elements since 2014. So many time we were told the kids had tiny cavities in between their teeth. One my oldest daughter we spent over $16,600 between 2014 and now. I should mention we are double insured with great insurance companies. This does not include an orthodontist as we use a specialist for our children. I finally listened to other parents and went for a second opinion after my daughter's last check up two weeks after her last appointment at Elements. Yes, people I get it, it is like a spa there. They have great hours, but the Elements today is not the Elements that they started as. I too was enamored with the class and charm when they opened. Today I took a good look at my billing statement and I am sick by the amount of money they took me for. They told her she had two cavities in between two teeth and her wisdom teeth did not need to come out. This kid flosses more than anyone I know. I also had a longterm sports mom and a lady I am in a golf league who both work in the dental profession strongly encourage me to run from that office. The second opinion was terrifying to say the least. The new dentist confirmed my worst fears. The new dentist used newer X-ray ray equipment and myself and my daughter had no signs of cavities or shadows. The visit was complimentary as a first time patient, we have both been back on a regular visit and paid no more than my $50 deductible. My daughters wisdom teeth indicated they needed to come out two weeks after Elements said they wouldn't. We have been with the new dentist for almost a year now. My family of five has cost me my annual deductible of $50 per person plus the cost to remove my daughters wisdom teeth. Where's there smoke there's fire. When you sit in school events and so many parents are talking negatively about a service provider you might need to think about your family and take a leap. I love the people that work at Elements but something is up with their billing practices and the hard push on nonexistent cavities. In hindsight, it is like having someone offer you to sit through a very small presentation to get a free vacation. No thanks, it just not worth it. I will go to a straight shooting dentist and just take time off from work. I will pay for services I actually need done and I will feel good about our relationship because it is fair. If one of my kids gets lazy and has a cavity then I will pay for that because it is earned, but I don't want to pay for maybe, in between teeth cavities. Go talk to another dentist and see what their thoughts are on this practice. read more

I've been going to Elements Dental for the past three years. The staff has been great, even when delivering news I didn't necessarily want to hear (root canal? Pass). The office is a little bit out there in Johnstown, but it's worth the drive. I have terrible anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. Dr Cindy, Dr Rudy and Dr Roza have been amazing, and I've had some pretty invasive dental procedures there. I keep coming back because I feel like they actually care about me and my dental health. read more

Had my first appointment today, I had a wonderful experience. I have extremely sensitive teeth which has always made routine cleanings a horrible experience. A fantastic office and staff. They have been wonderful with my entire family. My daughter is usually a bit uncomfortable when going to the dentist but, when coming here she is always excited. The hygienists, staff and of course Dr. Wolt, are all so patient, kind and most importantly, gentle! I love that they have updated technology but with the small town feel. I was given a "free" cleaning and teeth whitening as a gift from a friend. The "free" cleaning was not free at all. They billed my insurance company and got paid for their services! How is that free?? I addressed it and they said, "they had to bill my insurance company for services rendered, but would call the insurance company to see if they could reverse the charges and get back with me." Four days passed and no one got back to me. When I called back, I was told that she tried to reach me.......no messages were left, and the insurance company said there was nothing they could do to reverse the charges. So....her explanation was, it was still "free" to me, because I didn't get billed for anything! What it did is mess up my regular schedule with my dentist! I felt like a number at their office! I would highly recommend this dental office. I recently broke a molar and was in a great deal of pain. I contacted Elements Dental and they were able to quickly get me into the office for an exam to determine the best course of action. I would need a root canal and crown to repair the broken tooth. They were able to get me another appointment scheduled very quickly which I was extremely thankful for. I was dreading having a root canal done, but it couldn't have gone any smoother. This is a spa located in a dental office. Brenda is awesome!! She created an individualized skin care treatment for me and gave me the best facial I have ever had. I can't say enough about my experience at Elements Dental! I had not been to a dentist in 8 years because of a bad experience that lead to anxiety about going to the dentist. I had a filling come out and was in such pain, I finally broke down and decided to give Elements a try.
