Absolutely EXCELLENT experience every single time! I found this place by searching for a holistic dentist in the area and based off the website information and reviews chose to see Dr Firouzian. The office is absolutely gorgeous. They really take the time and effort to make the experience as pleasant as possible. My first visit was because I needed a crown replacement, so just jumped right in to the full dental experience on this one! The patient beds/chairs are comfortable and I was given some headphones with relaxing music while they worked. The whole process didn't take too long and it was as painless as it could be! I've been back several times, both for cleanings and additional work. They got me in quickly for an urgent pain situation a while back and remedied the situation right then and there, thanks GOSH*! All the staff and docs are very friendly, professional and welcoming. Mike is awesome and quick with the cleanings! Dr Simon is a great addition and very good with checking in during work to make sure the patient is comfortable and doing ok. Will be going strictly to this dentist from now on!!! I had a very small cavity that was drilled so deeply that my tooth became ruined. Then, visit after visit, talk of a crown as the next step. Seemed to have created this problem for me. I do not appreciate or trust Firouzian dentistry for this reason. read more

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. $12,000 down the drain! Please don't waste your time or money getting Veneers or any other costly cosmetic work done here, it seems they only care about money and not pleasing their patients. I had Veneers on my top 6 teeth which i thought were a little too bulky and I didn't like. They were done by Sam Latif at Ohio Cosmetic Dentist. I paid I believe 7200 or 1200 per tooth. I Told Sam I thought the two front were too big and overall I didn't like how bulky they were, I told him I found another dentist who I had seen on instagram (Dr Firouzian) and that I plan on going to get them redone. He was disappointed that I didn't like them but told me if I showed him I was really getting them redone and I set the appointment up and show proof he would refund me in full. So I did and he stuck to his word. Sam Latif is a real stand up and good guy who is not just in it for the money and I would highly recommend. I set the consultation up at at Dr Firouzian's office. I spoke with the office manager Shireen Firouzian and I explained to her my concerns and the problems with my teeth and she assured me that they would correct what I didn't like and she also pointed out that I had some spaces that they would fill in and how that would make them look better. February 6th of 2023 was the day I got prepped for my new veneers at Dr Firouzian's dentist office. They took off the old Veneers done by Dr. Latif and put on the temporary veneers which I had to keep on for two weeks before I got my actual Veneers. The Temps looked really good in comparison to the Veneers that I had on previously. Feb 20 2023 was the day for my appointment to get my permanent Veneers put on. I got the new Veneers put on and before even seeing them to know if I like them Shireen who apparently is also the camerawoman comes in to the room with a camera in my face smiling from ear to ear telling me how beautiful my teeth were, She looked happier than me. lol Mind you my mouth is still numb and I haven't even gotten use to them yet. To me, It wouldn't have mattered how they looked that's the standard for every patient that gets Veneers done. I noticed they looked a bit big for my mouth but wasn't sure yet. They also have a monitor in front of you where they show you the before and after and on the screen they looked good in comparison to before on the screen. I left the office unsure if I liked them or not and it's a lengthy and painful process so believe me I wanted to like them because I didn't want to have to go through that again. I got home looked at them more and noticed I now have an overbite which I didn't have before, I previously had braces before both sets of Veneers and wore my retainer so my bite was normal. I complained to Dr Firouzian about my bite and the length and width. I also noticed they were bulky as well and stuck out at the top of my gum line. I was back in the office 8 days later. Dr Mike told me he would shave them down a bit but said there was nothing he could do about the width or bite and that they looked good so I took his word and let him shave them down. They appeared to look a little better at first but I couldn't get past the bite. With how lengthy and painful the process was I still wanted to make them work so wore them to see was it just me and could I get use to them. I had leg surgery the next month on st Patrick's day march 17 where I had a femoral rod removed from my leg. So it took months for me to be able to walk almost normal. I found this dentist because I was looking for a holistic dentist that offered Ozone therapy. I had a filling and ceramic crown placed on a tooth that had biological flaws in, and had recently broke and turned to cavity. I've been going for almost 10 years and I love this place, the staff, even the cozy waiting room. I think the most important thing is that their services are all evidence based. The dental assistants and dentists are very knowledgable and inform you on what they will do, why, and what you can do at home. They seem to use the most updated dental technology (I.e. sound waves to detect cavities. Testing the plaque on each tooth for something.) and are thorough at every check up. (I.e. Routine X-rays. Blood pressure check.) Costumer service: The whole staff is friendly, relaxed, and knowledgable. Dr. Firouzian always asks how my family is doing. Even the admin staff learned my first name after my first few visits. They do promotional stuff too like free whitening pen and money off your copay. I highly recommend this dental practice. I am very confused by the negative review posted here by another user. The staff was nothing but incredibly kind to me during my treatment and my results are simply unbelievable. I have disliked my smile for as long as I can remember. After nine total years of orthodontic treatment, I still was not happy with the results--my uneven gum line and small teeth made me very self conscious of my smile. I first went to Dr. Firouzian to get a second opinion after a consultation with another dentist who seemed to be trying to up-sell me. Not only did Dr. Firouzian and his team give me a plan that was exactly what I wanted (nothing extra or more expensive), but they were also extremely kind and helpful in their explanations. After getting whitening treatments and two veneers, I can say for the first time that I am smiling with confidence and couldn't be happier with the results. I felt like I was treated with special attention and care at each of my visits--the staff remembered my name, always asked how they could make my experience more comfortable, and Dr. Firouzian was always extremely friendly and attentive. So horribly embarrassed by their unkind rudeness! We are established patients and have insurance they accept and have always paid for each service after they perform it based on what they estimate insurance might cover. Then we pay overages immediately as well. This time I walked in and in front of other waiting patients and my already nervous daughter was told to pre-pay for the upcoming treatment almost $1500. They had previously clearly explained that they would submit it to insurance first and that we would not owe it up front... which was how all charges had always worked. They ignored the conversation that I had previously with the financial office person and how they normally charge and opted for rudeness instead of admission of their own forgetfulness. They did not ever intimate that I would need to pay this up front before walking in the door the day of the appointment. We have been here several times this year and last year for other and similar work and they have never before required payment in full before insurance was submitted. They refused treatment until full pre-payment. The rude office manager with black hair forgot to mark our conversations on our chart. The office staff treated us rudely and the woman with shoulder length black hair and glasses told me it was our fault for not telling her that we should know we would need to pay almost $1500 at the visit. Common sense and common courtesy is evidently not the way they operate here. She insulted and embarrassed my family by inferring we should have let them know we would have trouble paying and her apology was basically sorry your family didn't tell us you didn't have enough to pay up front. We absolutely DO have enough and will gladly be giving it to a more courteous office. I have a feeling she is related to a dentist or would have been relegated to handling paperwork and never speaking with patients. Highly recommend they train this woman and all office staff in communication and courtesy... not the first problem with the black haired lady with glasses but thankfully our last! read more

Not only was scheduling easy and hassle-free, but they greeted me promptly and the actual technician who would be working with me walked me to the chair. Examination was thorough and treatment explained well. Any dentist who has previously treated me knows, I would sooner bite you than undergo treatment (even a cleaning) without some kind of sedation. Even the cleaning was somewhat enjoyable...yes, a denta-phobe just used the word "enjoyable". Having the most up-to-date technology saves patients the horrible scraping on your teeth that just makes you want to die. While my technician was fantastic, I did hope for a little more time with the dentist, but he did come in, introduce himself and review my xrays with me. The front desk staff is personable and fantastic! Text and e-mail reminders make it next to impossible to forget your appointment and give you plenty of time to cancel if need be. The only reason for a 4 out of 5 star rating is the hours of operation. Monday-Thursday, as an office worker it can be difficult to schedule during those times. read more

The outcome was better then anything I could have asked for. I truly believe that no other dentist could perform to the same level that Dr. Firouzian did.
